On time, friendly, early... - On time, friendly, early to locate at the airport and communication was great. Had to add an adult the day before our travel and was easily added.

Great Ride and Driver - Our driver patiently waited for due to multiple flight delays and a very long baggage claim wait. The SUV was clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful. I would definitely use this service again.

Great experience - All star has been wonderful, van 44 driver Tony Brown was attentive to our needs, friendly and was early to the terminal to pick us up and drop us off. Will definitely use them again for all of our transportation needs.

Family trip - Our reservation was for a later time, flight got in early. They made it way to pick us up and kept in contact every step of the way. The driver was awesome, little guy with a heavy foot..lol.. we had about 18 suitcase and 8 people. I will diffently use them again.

Best ride ever! - Picked us up in Fort Lauderdale, Jose was pleasant and a safe driver!!
He drove us to Miami, not once did we get worried about his driving!! We will definitely use this service again!!

ship - the trip from our hotel to the cruise ship was problematic. He arrived 1 hour late. he was given the wrong information and showed up at the wrong hotel. He then had to drive to the correct hotel where we were. he was otherwise very courteous and got us to the ship in plenty of time. the trip back was uneventful. the driver showed up on time and got us to the airport with no problems,

Not good if you have little ones - Requested a car seat for my 3 year old, which was provided however was not installed in the vehicle. It flopped around in the backseat I ended up having to use a booster seat instead. Driver also did not wait for me to buckle my child or myself in before shutting the lights off and flying out of where we were picked up (the airport)

Driver Was Very Late!! - Our plane arrived at 10:10 in Fort Lauderdale. We did not get picked up until 11:35. I had to call to see where the driver was when they should have been calling me to let me know they were going to be late. We had (12) people standing around with no where to sit outside the airport. I have used this service before in Vegas and the whole experience was great no problems.
