This is a Must - This was a wonderful experience. After all the museums and touring, it was great to do something different. The facility was lovely and the chef leaders were friendly , patient and helpful during cooking. And we actually got to eat the 4 course meal we cooked along with delicious wine. All in all, one of our favorite experiences in a city of great experiences.

Great fun and enjoyable food - A very enjoyable informal few hours making a 4-course meal and then eating it and washing it down with red wine. We picked up some good tips and skills from a skilled and highly entertaining chef (Gustavo). Making ravioli from scratch was great fun and a highlight for us this trip.

Very bad experience - I have taken cooking classes there twice in past years. I come to Florence every year. This year my friend who was visiting me in Florence wanted to go so I booked a 4 course dinner on line and paid. I emailed them to confirm but they never responded. When we got there he said I had booked for the previous night NOT. My friend wasn’t even there the previous night. They would not refund my money. Very poor customer service. Will not ever return.
