The itinerary includes: The Royal Palace gate in Fes, a majestic and historic portal to the King’s residence, dating back to the 14th Century and crafted from marble, copper, and mosaic. Take a moment for a photo stop at the Jewish Quarter (established in 1438), situated adjacent to the Royal dwellings, providing its residents with protection from the Muslim majority’s anger. The Mellah in Fes, historically a Jewish-only enclave, was the inaugural ‘Mallah’ in Morocco. Explore the Ibn Danan synagogue, a significant and ancient synagogue in North Africa, erected in the 17th century. Real Experince in Fes - The guide was very kind, he went us around the medina and the souk, making us taste the typical local dishes and explain locak work also in Italian. We had a special request for lunch and he was able to accommodate us. A nice fresh sandwich with minced dromedary meat with species and bread at the moment, all in the heart of the souk. Thank you very much for everything. See you soon!
