Boat trip to princes island - Everything was very good, except for the boat trip because the waves were very big and the boat shook a lot, but if it hadn't been for the waves it would have been a magnificent day.

ok tour of old ist islands - also its just a boat ride full day tour ifyou want to see old islands of Istanbul must select arabic boat i would recommend with loud music and dance

Great hours on the islands - It was a fantastic experience. My father and I were lost and the person in charge of the English speaking group was the same one who took us to the right address. My father and I would have missed the journey without his assistance. The staff was friendly and kind. Even though the main language was not English, the atmosphere was nice and everyone in the English group felt welcome.

Tour with lunch - Tour starts early, around 7am is the pick-up, after that it goes until around 9am picking up the other people, to then get to the ship, it takes about 1 hour and a half to reach the first island, lunch is served between one island and another. Weak lunch, but of good quality, the quantity is certainly not enough, but the price paid was cheap, so I can't complain. Only water included. It's a shame I didn't have any guides on the Islands, I found out that Trotsky's house was there through the internet.

Do not book tranfer from hotel to port they dont organise themshelves well to get there on time - It was pleasant to see Istanbul from the boat and the Princes Islands are nice but the time there was short. We booked transport from our hotel to the port and it was a MISTAKE. They were not well organised to get there on time because if I compare it to the taxis that take you to the airport and are on time, they could get there on time. They made us wait 45 minutes until I decided to take the tram so as not to miss the excursion. The music was too loud on the boat. The food was ok. The guide was nice.

Better do it on your own - It’s better to do the trip on your own, with a ferry. Lunch was mediocre at best, and there was no (audible) guiding. The islands are georgeous though, very much worth a visit. Just not via this tour operator.

Beware of hidden sales pitches and poor guide - Not overly impressed. Did not like having no choice but to go to the factory this was not part of the itinerary and you couldn't get back to the hotel unless you went as they organise the buses to pick up from there 5 minute walk and 20 min sales pitch!!! lunch average and guide was not helpful once you landed that was it you're on your own no information on highlights to see how to see them as very hilly. We figured it out for ourselves.... private beaches beware you can go by little boat but they don't pick you up until 5pm we found this out once we got there then had a 10 min swim then had to go find the bus who only take Istanbul card again guide did not provide any info to help when asked she said go right, very helpful not! Buses had more passengers than seats and were 1 hour late picking us up.

Terrible, not worth the price paid - They sent the location of the wrong boarding point, and on the day I called several times and they didn't answer me, my luck is that there was a couple there who also received the wrong location and they managed to contact the boat staff to pick it up. the right location, and the tour isn't a full day, and it didn't have all the stops that are mentioned here in the ad, it was just two islands and it didn't last as long as it said in the ad either, it was a quick stop of less than an hour

Driver/Tourist Guide didnot arrive and didnot answer my calls - We reached the meeting point well in advance of the agreed time and waited in the cold for 1 hour, however there was nobody around. The phone number wasnot answered. I am assumimg They had given us the wrong meeting point They refused to refund the amount.

Terrible experience. - The cruise crew make it difficult for us to board to the ship, because they denied our reservation. And they ask us to pay 60 $ to book again. After a while they allow us to board without any explanation what did happen!!! . Also we don't vist small island because weather conditions. Also the food was terrible. To conclude, it was nightmare experience. Shame on TripAdvisor to make us go through this bad experience 😪
