- Isla Piñeros - Arrive at Marina Puerto del Rey by 8:30 am to board the vessel by 9:00 am. Our EcoSailing voyage takes us to the islands of Piñeros or Palomino located 1-hour away from the marina. Get cozy on the catamaran’s trampoline, snorkel beautiful reefs, indulge in a delicious lunch, take a refreshing dip in the sea, or simply relax at the white sandy beach. Enjoy our floating lily pad to create your own buoyant water island. Our snorkeling spots are secluded to make for a one-of-a-kind experience. As you work up an appetite exploring the reef, a delicious barbecue lunch is prepared on board with locally sourced ingredients. Savor the bright flavors of Puertorrican food with an immersive cooking class. Guests will also enjoy assorted snacks and beverages including beer, wine and sangria. We cater to small groups which make for an amazing experience on the water. We’ll sail back to the marina back by 2:00 pm. Participants must be between the ages of 4 and 85.

Small group charter is the way to go! - Our day on the Janise was perfect thanks to Captain Ricardo and Ashley! The communication, timeliness and amenities of the cruise were as described and more. The marina is secure and upscale, with small shops to grab a coffee or snack before the cruise. The boat is beautiful and comfortable for the maximum party of 6, which is definitely the way to go when booking a sailing trip in PR. Ashley spoiled us with fresh fruit plates, homemade pico de gallo and a delicious prepared lunch (she’s also an attentive bartender). Ricardo anchored us in a lovely spot for snorkeling, away from other boats. The equipment was well maintained and instruction was provided for all. There is also a floating mat tethered to the boat if you prefer to relax in the sun (bring reef safe sunscreen and a hat). We enjoyed chatting with the crew and the other couple who booked the same charter with our party of 3 (plus Luisa, the social media person who joined us that day!). We all agreed this was the way to go when spending a day on the water and no ferry was involved, which was a plus. Our daughter lives in PR and has already decided this is a must do excursion for anyone who visits her!

One of the best experiences of my life - I had one of the most wonderful days of my life. Thanks to PRSailingTrips for make my dream of a sailing day true. The experience was better than expected. The catamaran was great, captain Ricardo, as well as Ashley, were so kind and very professional assiting us. Safety were always the most important thing. The lunch was delicious, the snacks and drinks were excellent and the personalized attention of both with me and the other passengers were the best. I recommend them 100%. Definitely, I will come back for the afteroon sailing watching the sunset.

Perfect chill day on the water - We loved being on the water with Ricardo and Ashley. It was relaxing and chill. They were very attentive with food and drink and otherwise just let you relax on the boat and in the water. It was nice to sail part of the time.

Best excursion of the trip - Fantastic excursion. Captain and crew were very attentive. Catamaran was beautiful. Lunch was as fresh and delicious. 100% would do it again. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience! - Fantastic experience on a beautiful catamaran. My family of 4 spent our time snorkeling the reef while the captain grilled lunch from the back of the boat. After eating, we went to a beach for some relaxation before sailing back to the marina. I’d definitely do it again. 5 star experience.

Amazing semi-private snorkel trip! - My 17 year old son and I had a wonderful time. Capt. Bill and his 1st mate Scott were excellent hosts. Food and drink were great. We snorkeled reefs at Palomino island and saw plenty of fish. Highly recommend!

Awesome Fajardo sailing and snorkeling trip! - My family and I loved this sailing and snorkeling tour aboard the Janise. Capt. Ricardo and 1st Mate Scott made our trip enjoyable and safe from beginning to end. We saw some really awesome sea life at the snorkel spot, and also at Playa Palomar (I think that's what it was called). Lobsters, turtles, a stingray, a barracuda, and of course a toon of other reef fish. The drinks were amazing, as was lunch. Our 14-year-old son (with very discerning taste) says that the island chicken was "the best thing he ate in Puerto Rico." We were there for a week and ate like kings so that is saying something! I would highly recommend this semi-private (max of 6 passengers on the boat) trip for families.

Relaxing day aboard the Janise - Had a wonderful day sailing on the Janise with Captain Bill and First Mate Scott. We enjoyed a relaxing ride and did a little snorkeling around an island bay before having a delicious lunch. We spend some time on a nearby island beach and then sailed back to the harbor in the early afternoon. Saw a family of dolphins on our way into the harbor. We were very glad we chose to go on this semi-private charter rather than a bigger catamaran with a big group.
