Excellent Service and local knowledge - Luis was an excellent tour guide who knows his way around Évora. He knows the best kept secret of where the Pão de Rala pastries are sold. We managed to do several events during the tour where I managed to see the adega de Cartuxa vineyards, the Roman columns, the chapel of bones, and the central cathedral of Évora.
