Definitely a Great Choice - These very likeable archaeologists brought to life the amazing megaliths for us. The dirt roads and hard to find sites were made easy too. The megaliths are surrounded by cork trees, and in May, gorgeous wildflowers. A fantastic, memorable day. Highly recommended!

Take a tour with the real Megalithic Archeologists and get ready to have your mind blown! - Oh man!!! Where to even start?! This tour simply blew my and my partners collective minds! Bianca and Gonçalo are extremely knowledgeable about their subjects and tell a great story about our megalithic past. We talked about the hard science aspects (Bianca and Gonçalo being legitimate archaeologists), the historical, the spiritual, and the present. They made it fun and enjoyable and the hours just flew by! Next time I'm in the area, I wont hesitate to take another one with them, as they have so much more to show and tell. Do yourself this favor and book a tour. You wont be disappointed!

Family trip - My daughter was interested in archaeology and history of Portugal so we took the tour. She liked it and enjoyed the day. We also learned about cork trees and culture in the region as we joined by two other tourists who had a lot of questions that we might have wanted to ask. Tour guides were very helpful and took care of us. Highly recommend.

Touching human history! - We had a fun and interesting day with the archeologists, who were very knowledgeable about the history of the megaliths and the area. Even beyond the study aspect of the trip, the area was absolutely beautiful and serene, giving the experience a timeless quality that helped one imagine the life of the neolithic people who created these monuments. Just fantastic! A highlight of our vacation! ♥️

Fascinating history with beautiful countryside - We had an amazing afternoon with Bianca and Gonçalo, our very knowledgeable and friendly archaeologist guides who were great company throughout. They also knew a lot about the flora and countryside. We saw beautiful wild flowers on our walk to Menir Dos Almendres (the single standing stone) and Anta Grande do Zambujeiro (the ancient burial site). The drive to the three sites was really enjoyable as you get to see the surrounding area and we also stopped off at the interpretive centre. Highly recommended tour and guides.

Mega-awesome! - My husband and I had a beautiful day and an educational experience with Bianca and Gonzales. They are both so passionate about archeology and the region and they taught us so much. Super easy to follow and we had lots of laughs too. I highly recommend taking this tour as we wouldn't have gotten nearly as much out of it had we tried it on our own.

Excellent adventure - We cannot express enough the positive memories (pictures) we shared with this couple who guided this experience. They arrived at the meeting place early. We were the only ones who had booked for this day, so we had them all to ourselves. The experience and knowledge they have is unbelievable and we talked constantly about the megaliths and dolmens. Worth every cent and saved our rental vehicle from the possible damage on the crazy dirt roads Thank you Paul and JoAnne
