Great communications and you get what you want - I reserved the tickets through We Lanka a couple of weeks in advance. I was a little worried as they seemed to be sold out everywhere else, and this was the only place I could book them.
But the communications were very good and reassuring over WhatsApp, and I got sent the tickets in the early morning of the day I was to travel!
I got the class and seat I asked for (second class and window). Picking them up at the station was very easy too.
Overall very happy with the service!

Train tickets from Ella to Nuwara Eliya - We hadn’t been able to reserve tickets ourselves, but these guys were able to sort for us. Collection of tickets was straightforward and communication was great and facilitated by what’s app.

A fantastic experience we’d recommend everyone to do when in Sri Lanka - This is a must-do when in Sri Lanka - with incredible views throughout the entire journey. We got to clearly experience different climates and landscapes in 7 hours, as the train snaked up and down the mountains from Ella to Kandy.
We had reserved 2nd class seats and were impressed with regards to comfort, cleanliness and service on board. Third class was busier but looked comfortable and super well maintained as well, in case you’re doubting which ticket class to book.
We Lanka Tours arranged our reservations and delivered the tickets to our hotel on the day of departure. Communication was excellent at all times!

Great train ticket service! - Really happy with the service, as a solo traveller it was easier to pay someone to secure train tickets than try and get them myself.
The reserved seat made the whole journey much much easier.
Delivery process was straight forward and to the door.
And the train ride was fantastic :)

Would Recommend! - Process was really easy and effective, would really recommend! I was able to enjoy sitting in 2nd class reserved with a guaranteed seat and enjoy the views from the open windows.

Worldclass service! - The service was just excellent. We got our tickets delivered straight to our accomodation and the places reserved for us were perfect. Communication via Whatsapp made everything really easy. Highly recommend using this company!

Good experience! - Good communication and had great seats in second class seats. It’s usually a gamble between 1st and 2nd. Tickets were delivered to our hotel on time as agreed. The train journey from Ella to Kandy (or vice versa) is a must whilst visiting Sri Lanka.

Excellent service - Excellent service! I was panicking as we had to travel to Kandy but were being told we had to show up on the day to buy tickets non reserved seats. I found these tickets from this tour agency at 9pm. I texted them to make sure it was all possible and got confirmation almost instantly. At 6.30am sharp they were at my hotel with the tickets!
Can’t recommend enough! They messaged to make sure we would go into the right compartment and again to make sure we had a pleasant journey.
The train ride was beautiful but the service even better!
