The requirement is that each person participating in the tour be at least 21 years old. The duration of the tour is approximately 4 hours, although at times, it might conclude a bit earlier. Note that as I abstain from alcohol, we will not be visiting any pubs. The tour involves a substantial amount of walking and a few staircases, so bear this in mind prior to registration.

A fun time in Dublin - This is no ordinary tour! Patrick is informative, enthusiastic and lots of fun!

Patrick Knows Dublin - Patrick is an excellent guide. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He took us to places we never would have found or visited, and he had good stories for each destination. Patrick is a keeper.

Outstanding tour - Patrick is an excellent guide and the tour was great. Most of the stops were places that I could not have found in my own, which made it more interesting than a typical “city highlights” tour. Highly recommend this one.

A must do tour - This was a lot of fun and Patrick is a brilliant tour guide, funny and engaging. I live in Dublin and just fancied an afternoon of doing something different, all things Irish still thoroughly fascinate me . The tour is a bit longer than the average tour but it flies by and there's a lot of fun to be had. A much welcome dopamine hit!

Fun and Unique - Super interesting and a great way to spend the afternoon! Patrick was informative and fun- he showed us a lot of cool neighbourhood and gave suggestions based on our interests… as a high school teacher, I really appreciate the visit to Sweny’s : a rare opportunity to experience James Joyce and learn a little more about the Irish masterpiece Ulysses. and- discover the cool tradition of Bloomsday. Would never have known about this literary/dublin tradition! For those travelling solo, it can be awkward to sign up for these things alone…. Patrick made me feel included and really went out of his way at to make sure he got to know all the folks on the tour.

Amazing! -- Best Kept Secrets Tour! - My sister and I booked this tour as part of our 3rd visit to Dublin! We were looking for something different, outside of the normal historical attractions in this amazing city. And, boy, did we get it! It was a fantastic afternoon led by our tour guide, Patrick, exploring spots only a local would know about! Patrick brought to life these 'best kept secrets' of Dublin, captivating our group of approximately 10!! Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for something a little different - you will not see these spots on the Hop on Hop off bus! Thank you Patrick!

Great day out. - Really enjoyable wander around Dublin, Patrick was Friendly, Engaging and full of stories. Great to see parts of the city that would have easily been missed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a way to spend an afternoon.

All the things I would miss on my own - This was an excellent tour to get off the beaten path and see things that you would definitely miss if you wandered around on your own. Patrick had many contacts all over Dublin, which introduced us to shops and people who are genuinely making a difference here. As an English prof, I was delighted with all the details and the history and the literature. But bring an open mind and a positive attitude, and you'll savor every stop along the way.

Stories and More - The tour is full of little known bits and pieces. Patrick is a masterful storyteller, making the tour all the more interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend taking this tour.
