• Women must wear long, loose clothing to ensure that their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to cover their heads at all times. A long Abaya with scarf (long black dress attire) will be provided by the tour operator if needed which must be returned back. Men must not reveal any flesh above their knees and their shoulders must be covered. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Please note, no clothes are provided for men
• The duration of the tour includes the time required for hotel pick-up and drop off
• Complimentary pick-up is available from hotels in central Dubai
• There is a shuttle bus service to the entrance from the main gate of the palace. Guided tours are not permitted inside the Palace
• Pickup will be from 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM for the Morning option. Please be ready at the hotel lobby by 8:00AM.
• Afternoon tour, the pickup will be from 03:30 PM to 04:15 PM. Please be ready at the hotel lobby by 03:30 PM

• Pickup is available from all the Dubai City Hotels, Apartments & Cruise Terminals (Port Rashid & Dubai Harbour). Pickup outside the city limit is available for an additional fee
• Mosque Hours: Sat to Thu: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)
• Fri: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Last entry 11:30 am) & from 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Last entry 9:30 pm)
