Great Sunrise Safari! - We have done a great experience this morning with this agency. We went for a sunrise safari, it was amazing view of Lahbab desert.
The driver Arsalan is very friendly and he is very talented photographer as well.
For sure we will repeat this experience again and we strongly recommend it to desert lovers.

Not what I expected - The driver picked us up from hotel with already 5 people in the car so we had to squeeze all the way in back which was too tight. Then drove 45 min to ATV spot where we waited for 20 min and left to sand dune which was 10 min but we felt it because we were all the way in back. Camel ride was joke which was 15 steps just so photographers can take a photo and sell it later to you. We got there around 5 pm at camp and people started hassling to buy ice cream, shisha, VIP ticket for sitting, and other things. Food was average and show was good. The driver was always in rush to leave and picked us up late although he was suppose to be guide. Very unprofessional.

All very approximate... - The experience itself wasn't bad but the organization was terrible. Given that the price paid is fortunately not very high, everything that was included in the tour was free but with endless queues. We first arrived at a place where quads were rented and for those who requested it it was possible for a supplement to take a half-hour ride. Once the tour was over we waited more than an hour and a half before they came to pick us up and due to the delay we arrived at the sandboarding site when the sun had set. A quick ride in the 4x4 and then we were abandoned in a Tuareg village with terrible toilets. The food (leaving aside the terrible hygiene standards) was edible. New queue to return and after 8 hours from departure we finally returned. Definitely avoid during peak periods.

Very disppointing and waste of time event - A very disappointing tour for our family, extremely unfriendly driver only interested in his mobile, left our group 45mins at a sand buggy/quad place noe of te guests wanted to drive, dune safari was 12 mins (very very sad), left as first guest in the camp at 4pm as he was having other jobs as a taxi for the camp, at the camp sandboarding was a simple piece of wood with strings (what a joke), free camel ride were 25 steps of a camel, the dunes had rubbish all over, in the camp very very unfriendly staff who were only interested in selling extra things e.g. chips, ice cream, chicken fingers before the dinner (very annoying), food and show was good and nice, at the end which was at 8pm our driver disappeared until 8:40pm as he had to taxi other people back and forth, a truely waste of time.
