Stunning views - Stunning part of the world. We were very lucky with the weather which made this a lovely way to spend a day. My advice is to use the able car to see the top of the mountains - absolutely stunning! Worth the very early start and long day.

Best everything and I really enjoyed the tour - The tour were well structured, the drive were very comfortable, Richard, the tour guide was well experienced, educated, and loved what he was doing. Costumer services were excellent and I will buy tours again when I get back to Seoul or other cities.

Beautiful Tour - Our guide, Bita, made this tour very easy and enjoyable. She kept us well informed of the areas and the best activities to do. Both places were so pretty and majestic to visit. Beautiful places to visit in the fall.

Beautiful Day - Especially the time in the national park was very nice. We had the choice to go hiking or to take the cable car up the mountain and afterwards we could have a relaxed lunch.

Beautiful Scenery & Friendly People - I really enjoyed this trip! My guide, Jenny, was prompt and friendly. She shared a lot of insight about Korea, the two destinations, and Seoul. My group was a small, 4-person bunch, making the tour feel more individualized. I appreciated the ability to do my own thing once we arrived at each destination; I did not feel like I had to stick with the group or do the same activities. If I had been able to do the Seoraksan-only tour, I probably would have. Nami Island felt a little underwhelming after being in a naturally magnificent setting like Seoraksan. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Great sites poor service - The views were stunning but the tour itself was a little lacking. We hardly got any information on what Nami Island was or the history of the Island except it being on a Korean show and we were supposed to have 3 hrs at both sites but it was more like 1.5 hrs at Nami Island and 2.5 hrs at Mt Seorak. We weren't given enough time for rest stops/use of toilets and I as a solo traveller was asked to get the subway home when the entire reason i booked the trip was because of pick up and drop off near my hotel. I was made to feel very bad that I didn't get the subway home and was left alone with the driver for the final stop who was vocal about being annoyed to drop me to my stop. It was not a very nice way to end the trip.

Never made it - My son booked this trip. From where we were staying to meeting point was very hard to go. We left 7 am to get there. from subway station to bus depart, we had to walk 20 minutes very confusing way , we ran to get to meeting point trying to make on time because we got lost. We arrived 8:10 , I sow bus leaving and we waved like crazy. They just left. Lady came out , she said that bus just left. Answer , I got “The meeting point’s name is Namsan Yejang PUBLIC Parking Lot. We gave you a clear explanation why we had to leave on time. Please note the departure time was 8 am instead of 8:12 am. Hope you understand our company’s policy. Let us know if you would like to reschedule your tour by paying 50%. Thank you!” I never had a tour which did not wait 15 minutes. I have been traveling last 12 years all over country .
