Additional Information
Cloud 9, a delicately handcrafted institution run by a family, is a relaxed and authentically elegant place. It maintains a fun, unassuming atmosphere with a stunning sundeck, multiple day beds, and a top-notch surround sound audio system. The package comes with free hotel transfers from accommodations within Nadi and Denarau locations. Transfers from Coral Coast, Vuda and Lautoka resorts can be scheduled for an additional charge of FJD20, payable by card on the same day.
IMPORTANT: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have temporarily stopped providing snorkel masks and mouthpieces. We kindly request our guests to bring their own.
NOTE: Our 1:00 PM departure is conditional and will only proceed if a minimum of 25 guests are booked.
Guests vacationing on nearby islands like Plantation, Malolo, Musket, Matamonoa, Mana, Castaway, Treasure, among others, can arrange their transfers to CLOUD 9 via their resort’s water-sports activities team.

- Snorkeling gear: we have 30 sets available for rental; guests are allowed to get their own
- Please do not bring your own food and drinks; this is a bar and pizzeria
- Children below 10 years are not accepted at CLOUD 9 due to safety reasons
- Please contact our sales team for any other water sports activities like parasailing, jetski and other rides which needs to be booked in advance and subject to availability (source - external suppliers)
- 01:00 PM departure is subject to operate with minimum of 25 guests. We will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met.
- Note: Check-In begins at 8 AM till 8:45 AM and 12PM till 12:45 PM (special conditions apply for the PM trip)

Port Denarau Marina Nadi, guests are to meet at the check-in counter at 08:50AM unless informed differently by our team who will escort you to the vessel for departure. Guests are to follow our team to the hotel pick up area unless they wish to not utilize the transfers then guests may go own way

Cloud 9 is the perfect name for this trip!! - DO THIS! An afternoon of fun, music, snorkeling, crystal blue water, drinks, new friends, fish.....jumping of the boat...just a top notch excursion all the way around. You boat out to the "pontoon type boat" that has come seating, plenty of shade and lots of good music. There is a bar there and they make fresh pizza for you (or calzones etc). Part of your payment to go on the trip is a credit for food and drink! The water is so incredibly beautiful and you'll see SO many fish--it was mind blowing. I was smiling the whole day. Well run and big fun!

Cloud 11 - Cloud 9 Floating Bar provides an unforgettable experience surrounded by breathtaking turquoise waters. The staff are not only friendly but go above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic time. Jumping into the ocean adds an extra thrill to the already lively atmosphere. While the RSA oversight might be more relaxed, the overall vibe is one of fun and relaxation. With its stunning setting and enjoyable activities, Cloud 9 is the perfect destination for an unforgettable day in paradise.

Highlight of our trip! - Can’t fault our day at Cloud 9. This was easily the highlight of our trip to Fiji. For anyone saying the drinks were too expensive, I think you have to remember you’re on a floating platform in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Crystal clear water, great vibes, and very friendly staff.

Great experience - We had an amazing experience here, we were kindly picked at our resort and transported to the port where we got onboard on a nice catamaran. Greeted with cold bottled water. Nice smooth ride to cloud9 surrounded by turquoise water. Ordered drinks and pizza , went snorkelling and relaxed after that. Overall great experience.

Best experience in Fiji - The staff at Cloud 9 were all extremely lovely and accommodated for us without fuss at all. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back after the day out. Fun 50 minute boat ride to and from cloud 9 with music and a bar. The water is nothing like you’ve ever seen before. The pizzas were delicious and quick to come out. Highly recommend making the trip. Thank you again!

Bad experience with tripadvisor & cloud9 no proper information - Please do not go with Cloud9 if you have kids below 10 years. Here is what happened to us. Tripadvisor allowed us to book cloud9 trip with kids of age 4 & 6. We checkout at 7:30Am in the morning and cloud9 send us pickup Shettle which we hop on to reach Cloud9 and after filling all the information and grabbing our passes for the trip Cloud9 team has refused our enter as we have kids less than 10 years. Ground staff were really helpful they called their boss to see if they can allow us, but his boss was too busy and finally did not allow us. Now I was in a situation where I can't go back to my hotel with kids and my flight is at 8PM. My family was very disappointed. Very frustrated as TripAdvisor has allowed us to book even though cloud9 has travel conditions. Please parents with KIDS below 10 years do not book this trip. Now we can't even contact TripAdvisor as we do not have a complaints process.
Next time a big NO to TripAdvisor.
