Join us for an intimate hands-on culinary experience with our tight-knit Indian family. Select 3 - 4 dishes to master under our guidance. You’ll learn various cooking methods and insightful tips about Indian cuisine. Engage in a discussion about Indian culture and plethora of spices. Share a memorable meal with us and engage in a chai-pe-charcha about your experiences in India.
We’ll cook 2-3 vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes of your liking with you. We’ll greet you warmly in a traditional manner.
Your culinary lesson will commence with a demonstration of various Indian spices. Following this, we’ll prepare an Indian snack accompanied with green sauce and Masala Tea/Coffee.
After tea and snacks, we’ll move on to meal preparation.
The main course will consist of 3 to 4 primary dishes such as Chicken/Mutton curry, Cottage Cheese(Paneer), a seasonal vegetable, one side dish that could be tikka or kebab, and a lentil dish, accompanied with Indian bread and rice. This will be followed by an Indian dessert. You’ll get a chance to savor 10 - 12 items during your visit.
