Get a new transport company to represent Viator. - Your transport operator did poorly. Bala called me while I’m eating breakfast and was very forceful in leaving asap because he claimed that my pickup time is 6:30am but my voucher clearly says 7:00am. I did not finished my breakfast and immediately left the table only to find out that he has left already and pickup someone else. He came back at 7:10 am. He is rude and unprofessional.
You can validate me. I stayed at COMO Metropolitan Hotel Bangkok May 4-8.
I gave 2 stars because the experience at the floating market was great. Else, would have been a 1 star only.
