Rainbow Mountaintop Amazing - Amazing tour, complete with picnic for breakfast and lunch in a tent in the mountains. Amazing food and even more amazing people! Maribel, Ronaldo and Monica were fantastic, would highly recommend!

Great photos, hiking and food! - Hiking Rainbow Mountain and the Red Valley trail is something our family will never forget. Our guide Gary and our chef Bertrand took excellent care of us! We had an amazing spread for our picnic breakfast and an unbelievable, hot meal inside a tent for lunch. How Bertrand was able to prepare such a meal outdoors without a proper kitchen amazed us. Gary is a fun and entertaining guide who is also supremely kind and considerate. He looked after each person in our group that consisted of fast hiking young adults and slower hikers. He took many photos and knew good spots for getting good shots. I highly recommend this all-day hiking trip!

Beautiful Views, experience and well briefed/prepped - Katia, our TreXperience guide texted us the day before and prepped us well before the trip and pick up. We had a good nap in the comfy van after our 4am pick up until around sunrise where we started to discuss the landscapes, history and arrived shortly after for breakfast. The TreXperience team setup and cooked us a wonderful breakfast in a quiet and beautiful area I believe 3,000m+ up. We then did some breathing exercises, had some candies and prepared ourselves for the high altitude and short hike ahead. ***Warning*** I STRONGLY advise you are acclimatised to high altitude before doing this excursion. Spend a few days in Cusco and/or do this after other excursions like Machu Picchu. Our guide helped us a lot with the hike as we took regular short breaks, did breathing exercises and overall it was a very enjoyable experience rather than intense as we got used to our blood oxygen being lower than usual and heart rates very high for walking up a slight uphill! We had time for pictures on the hands and our guide took pictures of us with alpaca's and at the peak. She explained why and how the rainbow mountain was discovered and after we returned for lunch (same place as breakfast) we had another wonderful meal. Specifically, I do want to call out how great it was to have Katia as our guide. There aren't many female guides doing all of the excursions in Peru and me and my partner were incredibly impressed with the depth of her knowledge and deep care for the people/locals that we came across and can help support.

Stunning Day Trip with Breathtaking Views - We had an incredible day trip filled with breathtaking views and delicious meals! Our guide, Katia, was instrumental in helping us climb the mountain. She pointed out the best viewpoints and shared fascinating historical and cultural insights. Katia also taught us how to breathe properly and save energy to avoid any health issues, making it one of the most interesting and enjoyable day trips we've ever experienced.

What a fantastic experience! - What an amazing day! Knowledgeable guides, Katia and Toro. We felt very safe going in such high altitude. Katia shared about the history, culture and the mountain. It was really interesting hearing from a female perspective and we encourage other females to also become guides:) Good briefing the day before. The early pickup at the hotel in morning worked really well. Safe driving by the driver Orlando and tasteful and amazing food, both breakfast and lunch by the cook, Sinchi. The meals were served in a beautiful spot before the rainbow mountain and tasted really good. There was a bit of wind when we had lunch, but that was not a problem, a tent was set up for us to enjoy the meal. The mountain itself was amazing!!

Extreme adventure in the Mountain 7 colors - An adventure excursion, where we were able to climb the mountain of 7 colors and the Red Valley. The breakfast and picnic lunch were unbeatable, with typical local products. The guide José did more than his share, because although it was quite cloudy and snowing, he went up with us to the Red Valley and there it cleared up and we could see everything. On this excursion, both the guide, the driver and the two local cooks were great professionals. A great way to spend a day of adventure!

Wonderful day, beautiful country! - Even though the weather was foggy and the colors not so bright, my son and I had a wonderful day riding up to the Andes with Sarah, our guide, and our cooks and driver. The food was amazing and the access and attention we got far superior to the others we saw on different tours that day (in fact, we met up with others we had trekked with to Machu Pichu and they were jealous/had wished they had booked our tour instead). A long day but worth it to see more of the wonderful culture and scenery of Peru!

Rainbow Mountain Tour - We had a very good day traveling to rainbow mountain with Jose Abad. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. They made us breakfast and lunch, both delicious. Jose was very helpful with all our questions and needs. Highly recommend this tour group.

Beautiful Country - Amazing day, we were treated so well on our tour. The food that was prepared for us was amazing to eat. Our guide Sutta, was great to talk with and took the time to explain many things about the area and Peru. Really loved talking with him and sharing our conversation. Absolutely will go again.

Challenging trek, and worth all the strain at the end .. - Katiya was our guide from Trexperience, and she was really good. Quite passionate about the Peruvian culture and customs and knowledgeable about Peru as a whole. She helped my wife a lot while ascending and descending the last leg of the hike which is quite steep and strenuous. She is a star and she connected us at a personal level like a family forever and embraced us in to the Andean family.
