- Newquay Activity Centre - Do you want an off-the-beaten-track adventure? Our Adventure Gully Coasteer is an exclusive secret, pioneered by our instructors just minutes from Towan Beach.
Prepare to be confronted by an awesome cave, packed with natural features for exploration. Alongside taxing yet fun traverses (horizontal climbing), you’ll negotiate epic jumps into our famous crystal-clear deep-water gully.
You’ll learn a whole range of super cool skills including wild swimming, technical traversing, and how to safely swim, climb and clamber through sea caves. You’ll also learn how to negotiate sluices, natural rapids, and big gully wash troughs. Along the way, you will meet and greet a variety of marine life that our trained and animated team of instructors will be excited to teach you about.

Additional Information
Our skilled trainers have extensively searched to discover this concealed treasure, forging a thrilling coasteering path where all activities take place within a singular, exceptional secret cove in Cornwall. At one moment, you’ll be climbing up via a crevice in the rock identified as Smeagol’s Perch, then jumping into its glittering azure plunge pool.
This is our unique ‘off-the-beaten-track’ undisclosed location, hence you won’t encounter any other coasteering units in the area, only abundant native fauna and even some sociable seals!

Great experience! - My experience was really nice. I felt James was a great instructor who really supported me and encouraged me to have more confidence in myself. He let me take my time and I did not feel pressurised in anyway to do something. He guided us on where to put our feet on the rocks while climbing, how to jump in the water and how to get out of the water on to the rocks.
I had a great and fun experience and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic tour activities - We were a group 23, (20 teenage boys and 3 adults) on an under 14s rugby tour to Newquay and this was our activity for one day of our tour.
The booking process was super easy and friendly. Everything was coordinated and prepared for us ahead of our arrival
The boys were very excited and the Paddleboard and coasteering experience so were quite lively. The instructors were fantastic with them and kept them safe while they enjoyed themselves.
No one was forced to do anything they didn't want to but participation was actively encouraged to the point where everyone managed the biggest of the 3 jumps even the grown ups.
The boys left the centre absolutely shattered but completely buzzing about the activity.
I couldnt have asked for a better activity for our tour.

Group bookings - We took a group of 7 people and conducted four activities over two days (coasteering, surfing, body board and super sup). James took us for all four activities giving us key safety briefs prior to the activities as well as advice, tips and help during the activities, This with an enthusiastic and happy attitude he put everyone at ease and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Especially for members who were out of their comfort zone, nothing was too much. We all had a great time and we will be coming back again!

Awesome stag do activity! - Booked the activity for a stag do I was organising for 14 of us. All the lads had a great time and instructors were great. There were a few sceptics of the activity but even they want to do it again!

Great Coasteering adventure with Sean 😁 - We had a great experience doing coasteering yesterday with Sean! He made the whole thing really fun and was very knowledgeable about the Cornish coast. We had a seal follow us round too which was pretty fun 🦭. We would
10000% do it again when we come back to Cornwall.

Family coasteering with Sean - Myself and my two sons 24 & 13 went with Sean for an afternoon coasteering. We had a great time, all kitted out, brief and into the water. No pressure to jump from high, coaching was great, some fun games and very relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Jake’s 30th - We had Jacob and new instructor Lottie take me my husband and our couple friends out, the weather and the sea were “narly” i think is the correct term 😂 we thought we could die but we didn’t and that’s why it was a fun experience 😅 honestly the instructors were fantastic, encouraging, confident, experienced and safe throughout, we would 100% do it again (maybe in slightly better weather) but a memory not to forget!

Cornish Castaway - A super activity to be part of. The Castaway experience gave us a good mix of coasteering, Super SUP, cave swimming and bushcraft. Jacob, our instructor, made the group feel confident throughout. He was knowledgeable on the activities and the local area. A great afternoon!!
