Begin with a guided Distillery Tour before learning the basics of Mixology and create bespoke cocktails to enjoy in our eclectic Drink Studio. Discover the history of cocktails and the technique of creating a perfectly-balanced cocktail in a fun, engaging environment in a stunning boutique space.
Learn shaking & stirring techniques, and create two custom cocktails using spirits crafted at our distillery under the guidance and support of our Head Mixologist. Experience available only by bookings and not available for walk-ins.

Best hen party experience! - We went here for my best friend's hen do. We had such a great time! Bhagya made it an unforgettable experience. The personal touches were so lovely. Highly recommend! 😊

A fun, informative and boozy experience - A fabulous light hearted experience. Bhagya was very informative and a lot of fun. We sampled gin, vodka and absinthe and learned how to make 2 cocktails that tasted delicious. We were given a tour of the small distillery and learned how the liquor is made. It is definitely good value for money because we came out of it more than a bit tipsy.

Amazing experience, top class 👌🏼 - We had an amazing Hen Party experience with Bhagya and Co at Rebel City Distillery this weekend. She was an amazing hostess and we all had a really enjoyable time making cocktails, learning about the distillery and how the Gin is made and the Maharani Gin tastes incredible 👌🏼 Highly recommend Rebel City Distillery

Incredible! Will 1000% be back! - I did a cocktail making class as part of my hen and I couldn’t recommend it more! The building is beautiful, the hosts were so fun and energetic (especially Bhagya) I loved absolutely every second!

Local experience and generous host! - Fantastic experience at the Saturday night Master Cocktail Class. Not only was our host very personable and knowledgeable, but the gin, vodka, and absinthe were all delicious. This small, local distillery is actively working to make strong connections with the community to grow not only themselves but the Cork scene in general. Could not recommend enough supporting this wonderful place. Arrive thirsty the drinks are generous!

Fantastic way to spend a Friday evening - Great value! - Sought refuge from the cold and took part in the cocktail masterclass and distillery tour on Friday - it did not disappoint! You can tell Rebel City takes care in what they do - the drinks were delicious, facilities are brightly decorated and well equipped, and Niamh is a great host - generous with her knowledge and her gin. Spirits were high in both senses of the word! Definitely a fun night out either solo or with a group. Highly reccomend :)

The most amazing fun venue with excellent staff!! - From the moment we arrived we were greeted by beautiful colourful interior, different to any brewery/ Distillery tour we had ever been on! We all met at the Distillery bar where we could all try the in house gin, which everyone even the non gin drinkers agreed was delicious! Niamh our host was great fun and really helped drive the crowd in the direction they wanted... fun craic and interaction! She play our playlist when asked really made the cocktail making experience fun for everyone.. even the older guests were blown away ! Thank you so much for making the day so special and fun ! We look forward to resampling the gin we purchased on site

Unique and Engaging - My husband and I had the opportunity of visiting Rebel City Distillery in Cork. The whole experience was engaging from start to finish. I also thought the atmosphere was very special. It also made me feel close to home and my culture (Malaysian-Indian) ❤️ seeing Indian inspired art around. We booked the distillery tour along with cocktail making class. It was an amazing and an unique experience! Our tour guide that day (Niamh) was an absolute dote. Gave us clear knowledge about their gin process/production. Cocktails were so freaking delicious too! I would totally recommend visiting RCD to anyone visiting Cork 10/10 and also not forgetting Maharani gin. Such a flavourful aromatic gin! YUM
