Unforgettable!!! One of the best tours of my life! - This tour is excellent and recommend for Brazilians like me and even Cariocas! Understanding the urban formation and history of the old capital of the country is essential! The guide Renata Mello was one of the best tourist guides I have ever met in life, she has extensive knowledge of history, urbanism and sociology and made us feel safe and at home from the first to the last moment! I allowed myself to tour in the city that was also part of my childhood and the experience was unforgettable! I will return to tour with Jungle Me every time I return to Rio!

Excellent experience - Fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone coming to Rio. We were in a group of 5 along with our excellent local guide Renata. The hike was a comfortable duration and difficulty (I have a dodgy knee and I managed fine, and was offered a walking stick which helped). The rainforest is beautiful and we saw coatis, a sloth, and monkeys during the hike. Renata was excellent at explaining not only the history of Rio and Brazil, but also helping us understand Brazilian culture, and included tips about where to go/eat etc. We found the whole experience very authentic and engaging and a refreshing change to copacobana and the city. The duration was perfect as could finish the day on the beach with sunset and a drink.
