Fun tour! - A great tour. We were a small group of 6 people and Murillo made sure we gelled really well. I have to say it was very interesting and above all fun. Murillo explained the history of each of the four bars we visited along with the delicacies and drinks at each stop. I strongly recommend this tour. At the end of the night, Murillo ensured everyone went home safely. Special thanks to Gabriel for showing us the way back to the hotel. Go on this tour!

Great fun and interesting - A great tour. Wholly engaging and fun. We were a small group of 6 people from different countries but Murillo ensured we gelled really well. We visited 4 bars and enjoyed local delicacies and drinks which I would have been unaware of without the tour. At the end of the night, Murillo ensured all went home safely. My best night in Rio! - As a solo female traveler, this was one of the best ways I was able to get a real taste of Rio! Our guide was fun, charismatic and so so knowledgeable. The food was AMAZING, the stories kept us laughing and the drinks were consistently delicious! I would’ve never seen these neighborhoods and bars without this tour! 10/10 - book it, you wont regret it! Also - go earlier in your trip! It’ll be a great way to get more recommendations!

It’s all about the guide - Murillo was a really great guide. He knew a ton about the food scene in Rio and took us to a number of local places which all were good. Anything we wanted, he got it for us. Total pro!

The best experience - Me and my friend went on a Bar Food tour and it was great!!!. We visited 4 different bars and were able to try different kinds of local food that maybe we would not have ordered by ourselves. We also tried several local drinks. It is not only the food but also a taste of local life in Copacabana. We, as two girls, felt really safe and had a great time.

First night in Rio - One of the best tours we have ever been on! We got to try a bunch of food and have several drinks at every stop. It felt like you were out with friends. It was very relaxed and not rushed. I would highly recommend going with Murillo!

Not just a good tour. Amazing - Highly recommended by an associate. I spent 3 days doing the standard tours as well as good tours. Murillo’s knows his way around the Rio food scene. More impressive were the hole in the wall places that locals know about but haven’t been widely advertised. His English skills as well as his understanding of the rest of the world is impressive. He is also well traveled and knows how to connect. We had a really diverse group one evening and he made us all feel like we were important. We all enjoyed each others company. I highly recommend his food tour as well as hiring him to see the real Rio.

Amazing bar hop food tour! - This tour was fabulous and I would highly recommend it. The guide Murillo was amazing. He took us to 4 local bars that we would have never gone to on our own. Each had history, a story, great food, and great drinks. We tried local beer, wine, Caprihinia, a local coconut drink, and more. The food was great as well and you really got the feel you were among the locals. Give this tour a go, you won’t be disappointed.
