The structure engineered by Santiago Calatrava employs eco-friendly design techniques, utilizing natural energy and illumination, such as harnessing solar energy for the building’s power needs and employing bay water to balance its internal climate.
The prime exhibit, conceived by physicist and cosmologist Luiz Alberto Oliveira, guides visitors across five key zones: Cosmos, Earth, Anthropocene, Tomorrow and Now.
The museum tackles topics such as population expansion and amplified longevity, consumption habits, global warming, genetic manipulation and bioethics, wealth dispersion, technological progress, and modifications in biodiversity.

A very worthwhile experience - The Museum of Tomorrow is rather unique. It makes extensive use of current technology to portray the risks (oceanic, political, environmental) likely to present themselves in the future. In many cases, these are quantified and compared to current day values.
Very cleverly done, with designs meant to assist with crowd control. Worth the time taken to view (allow about 1.5 hours or more).
The exterior part of the exhibit is also walkable/viewable; includes a view of the harbour and the cruise ship terminal next door.

I really enjoyed this experience, because the guide made it wander full ( Christian ) - Our guide was very helpful and kind we enjoyed our tour with him, explain and guide us through the whole experience at the museum, also took many pictures of us.

Outstanding Experience - Maylene, our wonderful guide was absolutely Amazing,Friendly, super knowledgeable, and passionate. The Museum of Tomorrow was educational, insightful, and informative about us as a people and the treatment of the world we share. I would definitely recommend the tour with Maylene for this amazing experience.

Great experience visiting the museum. - This is an excellent museum to visit. Our guide picked us up and took us to see the museum from a distance as it is an architectural marvel. Then we went to the museum and walked around the entire t experience. He took pictures of us and explained much of the Amazon history that was written in Portuguese. The visit was very special, insightful, and not to be missed.

Modern Museum - I visited the museum by uber. In rio, uber is really helpful
I was alone. The museum was amazing. Welcome view amazed me! And inside the museum is totally different with usually museum has. But you need to pay the ticket to enter the museum.
A must visit while you travel to Rio.
