Cathedral Cove Walk - Cathedral Cove is an iconic ‘must-see’ site on the Coromandel coast. The best way to explore this breathtaking coastline is by boat. We’ll take you close to capture the beauty of this archway upclose.
Mercury Bay - The best place to sail in New Zealand. Kick back on our spacious catamaran and soak up the scenery as we sail by rugged islands, remote coastline, and stunning beaches, including the spectacular Cathedral Cove.
Gemstone Bay - If time allows we anchor at Gemstone Bay for a swim or snorkel in the marine reserve. The reserve is a sanctuary for marine life, as no fishing is allowed here.

Additional Information

Our afternoon trip departs the beach at 1:45pm and returns at 4:45pm.

Plan to sail around the beautiful coastline on Fully Charged and visit local iconic locations, setting anchor for half an hour at Cathedral Cove. Either relax on the boat, or have a swim or snorkel in the marine reserve with the amazing fish life.

Your trip includes a complementary chilled local beer or New Zealand wine along with some smoked local seafood.

Using wind power as opposed to engines and fuel allows us to take guests out with minimal impact on the environment.

We are easy to find. You will see the big yellow sailing catamaran at anchor in Flaxmill Bay. Our crew will be on shore with the inflatable dinghy we transfer our guests to and fro the yacht in. Head to the beach opposite 1039 Purangi Road. Final check-in is 15 minutes prior to trip departure.

Great afternoon - Great way to see Cathedral Cove & the coastline! Lying on the catamaran in the sun and snorkelling with the fish were both amazing too. Mat & Kat were great as guides, both super friendly.

Great day on water to end the summer - We had an excellent sail. Only had to motor a bit. Snorkeling at cathedral cove was great with lots of fish to see. Staff were very friendly, informative, and experienced!

Excellent Chill Experience - What a fun way to spend an afternoon. We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny afternoon with excellent wind for sailing. This skipper and her 1st mate were awesome. The sailing itself was beautiful and relaxing. They have a maximum of 12 customers per sail and that enables you to have enough room to spread out a bit and enjoy. (3 - 4 people per quadrant on the trampolines). I think the front right quadrant is the best (unless you want shade!)
