During the interactive session, the host will divulge the secrets behind 3 traditional regional pasta dishes. Test your culinary prowess and have fun in the process. Every participant has a designated workstation with all the necessary utensils and ingredients to craft the meals. Then, enjoy tasting all your handmade dishes, complemented by a range of local red and white wines.
The event is hosted by Cesarine: The oldest network of over 1,000 home chefs spread across more than 500 cities in Italy. This zealous and welcoming community opens their home doors to tourists, providing them with a unique and immersive gastronomic journey.

Absolute Delight - Wonderful experience, Monica was an absolute delight, her teaching manner & skills impeccable, so kind! Recommend her to anyone seeking an authentic Como experience & looking for instruction to take pasta making to ones own kitchen.

Como Cooking Experience - Christina was an absolute gem! She opened her home to us and her family was most accommodating. George gave us a ride back to our hotel after our taxi experience (incoming) was not so great. This is an absolute RE-Do next time in Como. Highly recommend sweet Chef Christina!!

Memorable evening! - We had a memorable evening! Morena is very welcoming and carefully taught us the correct pasta preparation techniques! And what about the tiramisu!!! Thank you for this beautiful moment which allowed us to learn the right techniques for preparing fresh pasta, but also to meet some very pleasant new people 💕

Bucket list experience - This experience was perfect! We loved the family, food, and would 100% do it again!!! Carolina and her family welcomed us into their home, taught us hands on traditional pasta making, and enjoyed the dinner with us afterwards. They set up our transportation and were the perfect hosts. We have been living in Italy for almost half a year and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had yet.

Fabulous workshop, beautiful family. Allegria! - We had a great time with the Ferrante family, they are very hospitable and created a delicious menu for us, patiently taking the time to explain to us the different steps. We definitely left with a full stomach but also a full heart. Nothing is to crazy and you can feel this is their passion, so needless to say we had a lovely evening.

A Wonderful Evening! - Our expectation was far exceeded with a gracious host, beautiful setting, wonderful food & good drink. The fellowship and new friendships are treasured! The only change we would recommend is to make the event start later in the evening. We were scheduled to begin at 5pm.
