Good experience! - Good tour with beautiful views and a guide who is very prepared and passionate about the whole story. I was prepared for the altitude but not for the extreme cold (-4C) at the viewpoint, at the first stopping point. I think the agency could have instructed us on this. Good, sufficient lunch.

Absolutely incredible! - Epic day! Do not miss this trip, the views are extraordinary. Breakfast was sufficient, lunch was good, trip itself was otherworldly beautiful. We were lucky to have perfect weather being on the shoulder of the rainy season. First stop was freezing cold but as soon as the sun came out, the rest of the day was warm and beautiful. We were lucky to have Maria as our guide as she not only took very good care of everyone, she was funny too and made sure our experience was the best it could be. My only complaint would be the van but that's just because of my size. I am 183cm tall and did not fit in the seats. Luckily I was picked up first and could take the front seat which had more room but my knees were still smooshed up and the ride was long and uncomfortable. If you are very tall it might be worth it to pay more to take a tour in a different vehicle. Otherwise, I can't recommend this tour enough!

Private tour to Colca - The tour company was responsive, organized and accommodating. We contacted the company when we arrived in Arequipa and were able to set up a private full day tour to the Colca Canyon and transportation back to Arequipa in a matter of hours. The company sent us a detailed itinerary and quote right away. On pick up day- they were early waiting for us and the van was exactly as pictured- we had plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable. The guide Jose luis valverde was knowledgeable, welcoming and answered all of our questions and had great suggestions for our trip. The driver Percy Beltrán was punctual, knowledgeable of the area and a very responsible driver. We felt safe and cared for during our trip. What’s more, we left headphones in the car and Mr Percy made sure to keep them safe for us. Communication with the company was great. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!

Great tour, bad logistics - We weren't on the list of the company wehired to do the tour with, they transferred us to a different company, I don’t know if last minute or beforehand but the new company got our names last minute. We were ready to go at 2:40 am The pickup time was at 3 am, and I saw how the other company collected their clients and left, then we were added to their list, and they came back for us at 3:40 am. If you are taller than 5’7 the shuttle bus will be too small for you, the leg space between seats is nonexistent for a taller person. Our guide was awesome and she made up for the faulty logistics of this company

Great tour - Very interesting tour. With incredible landscapes and great places to take photos. For me, what I liked most was the volcano viewpoint. One thing that I perhaps went with a lot of expectations and didn't get was the condor flight. They were just birds flying 😅. Nothing very special. But the thermal baths are very interesting. It is worth it

Probably not worth it - We had bad weather so take that into account with the rating. Expect waking up way too early, sitting in an uncomfortable bus for most of the time. The bus stops at good viewpoints but don't expect time for a little hike. Condors and Alpaca will highly likely be spotted. Breakfast was fine, Lunch was good. Thermal baths were ok. Guide was friendly and English was good. You pay 70 sol for 1 viewpoint wich is a bit ridiculous. Again we had bad weather so didn't even have a view but in the end I don't think I would recommend anyone the one day tour, take the 2 or 3 day tour, that will make all the sitting in the bus a lot more worth it.

Not worth the LONG drive time! - This tour was not what I expected! Although the itinerary was laid out, once on the tour...it did NOT live up to my expectations. I feel like the tour had wayyyyy too many unnecessary stops that made it wayyy longer than it needed to be. I Understand Colca Canyon is about 4hrs away from Arequipa but I would have rather drove straight there with stops for bathroom and food versus all the stops that were kinda pointless. It made for an extremely long day!!! Meeting at 3am and not getting back till 5pm is insane for what it was! It def wasn't worth it to me and I wouldn't recommend this tour in particular. The breakfast was good but VERY small and I know what to expect was listed but the portion was really laughable. Lunch was good and included in the ticket price.
