Fantastic Two Day Tour to Pondicherry - What an amazing experience! Vikram provided brilliant comms, tailored the tour to suit and was an excellent guide throughout. I wouldn’t manage the local traffic solo (I’m from the UK) but with Vikram’s hand signals highlighting hazards and showing me where to go, (even using his positioning as a traffic blocker / human shield at times) it was very manageable. Aside from the riding itself, the sightseeing, hotel and food in Pondicherry were top notch too. We even had a fun boat ride around the mangroves. I’d definitely go on a tour with them again.

Royal Enfield to Pondicherry! - I was really looking forward to this trip which didn’t disappoint. Girish does a great job of ensuring you’re well looked after. After spending so long in India’s cities, it was great to get out and explore the countryside. You get to ride through the villages all the way to Pondi, stopping off at various points along the way. Thoroughly enjoyable and date a bike are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent 2 day trip to Pondicherry - Big shout out for 'Date a Bike' in Chennai, I've just done the 2 day/over night Pondicherry tour with guides. They really looked after me and made the 2 days special, local knowledge meant we could take mostly back roads through small villages (Google maps doesn't know those routes) to see the real India and get off the beaten track. Accommodation was a lovely small heritage hotel in the old French town. The bikes were nearly new and whilst a Royal Enfield is not powerful it was suited to the crazy Indian traffic, I never once felt endangered! Food, drinks and city tour was included and I couldn't have been looked after better by the guides. Highly recommended and very friendly staff👍. I'm doing the 1 day Chennai tour on my next visit. Chennai to Pondicherry and Back on Royal Enfields - Had a fantastic two days riding from Chennai to Pondicherry and back. I’m not very experienced riding on road so was a little nervous, but I needn’t have been. Bikes and all safety gear was in great condition. The Date a Bike HQ is out of the city so a nice easy start to the ride with very little traffic. The guides were fantastic and kept us all feeling safe whilst riding at a nice easy pace. Had a really fun afternoon and evening in Pondicherry checking out everything to see and especially eat! Only disappointment is we couldn’t have ridden further, absolutely loved it. See you next time I’m in Chennai!

Great fun on a Royal Enfield! - Had a fantastic ride down to Pondicherry with Date a Bike. The guides were amazing and rode at a sped that was appropriate and I felt safe. The bike I used was a Royal Enfield classic, in very good condition, comfortable to ride and fun! The tour took in some great sights and I was very well fed and watered. My top tip would be to do this over two days, with a night stop in Pondicherry, then ride back in the morning.

A discovery day with fun on Royal Enfield motorbikes - I had a motorcycle day with an extremely friendly team. They made me a road trip adapted to my wishes, and made me discover India in another way. I let myself be guided and I did not shrink from any proposal: spicy Indian meals, fruits tasted on the side of the road, visiting sites and places more or less known ... A lot of good humor and fun until the last minute. I recommend it to bikers since it is also an experience of the road that will show you to the conditions of Indian circulation, the nose in the wind and the senses awake!

Fantastic Motorcycle ride from Chennai to Pondicherry (& back) on a Royal Enfield! - A 300km Motorcycle ride from Chennai > Pondicherry on a Royal Enfield! What's not to like? I recently had a fabulous day out with the guys from Date A Bike riding from Chennai to Pondicherry and back. From the start the communication was clear and accurate and when I rode with them they kept me safe and looked after me really well. The roads were superb, the bike was even better and I was smiling all day. We visited some great places, they were informative and I was always stocked up with water and plenty of fabulous local food. If you've always wanted to ride a bike in India I can thoroughly recommend this, I can't wait to go again.
