- Le Corbusier Centre - The Government Museum and Art Gallery was designed by the Swiss born French architect, Le Corbusier. After partition, the division of collections took place on April 10, 1948. Sixty percent of objects were retained by Pakistan and forty percent collection fell in the share of India. The museum was inaugurated on 6 May 1968 by Dr. M. S. Randhawa, the then Chief Commissioner of Chandigarh.

Great experience! - Santosh was very informative and nice to be around. He wasn’t overwhelming either with information it was a good balance. When I said I went to rock garden already, he changed to itinerary so I could see the bird park instead! This tour is highly recommended from me, from a female travelling on her own. I felt very safe.

Memorable day trip to India's premier design city Chandigarh - I booked this day trip from Delhi to Chandigarh because I had always wanted to experience this city famous for its architecture by Le Cobusier and others. My expectations were more than met: the trip with driver Rajpal Rana was very pleasant and entertaining. He is clearly one of the best drivers and guides I ever met in my many travels in India. In the itinerary it was offered to do a camel ride and boat ride, both of which I did not want to do. Instead, I asked to be taken to the Rock Park, the lake and three museums, plus a tour to the famous buildings designed by Cobusier. Everything went perfect. On the way back we made a brief stop in Kurukshetra, one of the holiest places in Hinduism. All in all, I can highly recommend the company Mam Tours and the driver for their wonderful work.
