- Please Note: In almost all cases you will see the dolphins. However, if this is not the case, a second outing will be offered on the boat free of charge for the dolphin viewing only (2 hours). It’s important to note that there will be no refund once you have completed the activities. There is a 60% chance that you will see the whales but if that is not the case, we will be unable to provide you with a refund.

Not as described - First off our driver was so nice .. the rest of the trip not so much. The “swimming with dolphins” consisted of jumping off a speeding boat into murky water to catch a glimpse of dolphins. The tour was not ALL day, the driver picked us up at our hotel at 7:00am, we didn’t get on the boat until 8:30 and we were taken to Casela (soaking wet) at 10:30. We had to wait in the ticket line for 20 minutes and the tickets were $26 USD a person for basically a zoo. We ate lunch there since there was no mention of taking us somewhere else. We were at our hotel by 1:25pm. I am not at all pleased. The title is very misleading.
