A super busy day - Super enriching and varied day which allowed us in one busy day to see 3 emblematic places around Tunis. The timing was well distributed and the lunch very good. Our guide, Kamel who speaks perfect French was a real plus, with all his interesting anecdotes about the places and Tunisia in general. Only small downside, surprised to see that the bus was large and completely full, especially for mid-October! Our group of 50 people represented, particularly in the Medina of Tunis, a number important, it was difficult to get around but afterwards, on each site, we were free, so it was okay. We had a great day, well paid for.

Trip to Carthage, Sidi Bousaid and La Medina. - Sidi Bousaid was a lovely location. I expected there to be more to see at Carthage but it was still a nice day out.

Good activity. depayasante. the lunch a little sad despite everything - Beautiful view. Beautiful village. But the sellers make this outing very stressful. Too much harassment when purchasing

Pleasant day - The bus was clean and the transfers were good. We booked because we especially wanted to see Carthage. We were supposed to stop here for two hours but only got 20 mins at the baths and didn’t see any of the rest of Carthage. Could have done without the perfume shop too! Pleasant stop at Sidi Bou Said for 1.5 hours, good lunch in the Medina. Only 35 mins free time as spent 25 mins in the Perfume shop. Over all a good day.

More of a sales tour - The trip promises to give you a lot of cultural experiences, but it's mainly a sales trip. Carthage is still beautiful to look at and you get to hear a lot about it, but Sidi Bousaid is full of stalls with pushy people who will paint henna on you without asking, put birds on your hand and then demand a lot of money. You can only look at everything in peace and quiet in a secluded area.

Very dubious!!! Rip-off - Without prior notice, the trip was cancelled. After waiting for 45 minutes, the lady at the hotel reception called Tekiki Tours. I was supposedly informed by email. I have not received an email to date. I want my money back immediately

English speaking tourists AVOID! - We booked an English speaking guide but found we were the only English couple on the tour the rest being French. The guide spoke entirely in French all the way to our first stop in Carthage which meant we missed all the information on Tunisia. On arrival at the first stop I told the guide that we had bought a trip with an English speaking guide, he was very rude and said he was French speaking only and it wasn’t his responsibility. We felt totally excluded throughout and felt stressed as we didn’t understand the pick up/ drop off times. Total waste of money

Not getting what you have booked. - English buyers take note - do not use this company - we booked Carthage, Sidi Bousaid, and La Médina trip with this Viator and selected an English speaking guide, we where put on a trip with a French speaking guide, we advised the guide that we did not understand French and he said it was not his problem so we ended up not knowing what was happening at all stops or any information throughout the trip. We contacted Viator to say we had not been supplied with what we had booked / paid for, The response from Viator was it is the local company at fault not them, I reminded Viator that we did not book with a local company but had booked with them - so Viator are happy to take your money and when they do not supply what you have bought their attuite it is nothing to do with them - so use them at your own risk.

Left severely disappointed - Despite booking the trip and the provider saying we would have an English guide, the guide spoke no English. This meant we spent the entire trip not learning anything about the places we visited and we also were not told the meeting points and times during free exploring time which left us feeling quite anxious. We tried to speak to the guide however he often just shrugged us off and continued speaking in French with the other guests.
