Amazing! - Phil was amazing and easy to communicate via Whatsapp! He made sure the weather was nice for hiking so that it was safe for everyone and also enjoyable ! He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The hike of Lions Head was beautiful. Phil even snapped a few photos of us on our hikes and sent them at the end of the hike!

Best views of CT - 5 of us from the Uk and France boked with Phil. He collected us and dropped us back afer for a small extra cost which ws very helpful. We were a bit nervous at first but he guided us patiently and with encouragement we all got to the top in 2 hours and had a wonderful view of CT. Thanks again! Joan + co.

Thoroughly recommend!!! Great Experience!! - Phil made climbing lion's head a really special experience for our group! He made us feel safe at all times, and helped us to negotiate the more challenging sections of the route. He was more than happy to answer all our questions and point out the landmarks of Cape town that we could as we climbed. The chat was easy and we all felt as though we were hiking with another friend. He also took some photos of us and kindly sent us them. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone a hiking with Phil, it was one of our best Cape Town experiences! Thank you Phil!

Expert and Encouraging Guide - Phil was an awesome guide for our morning hike. While we likely would have survived on our own, for our first experience on Lion’s Head, it felt much more comfortable having Phil with us to let us know what to prepare for, what was coming up next on the path, what to be aware of, how close we were to the top, etc. Phil was also great fun to chat with along the way, very knowledgeable, and willing to pick us up and drop us off at our hotel!

Wonderful hike!!! - Phil picked us up in town on the way to Lionshead. We drove to the foot of the mountain and then the hike began. Going up there with Phil was wonderful, we had a good chat and felt very well looked after. At no point was it unsafe in any way and everything stayed at a pace that we could keep up with. Top guide!! Super nice!!

Wonderful experience!! - After we made the booking Phil quickly contacted us. We had booked a sunset hike, but Phil informed us that unfortunately the weather was not going to allow this. He suggested another time and we accepted. The quick contact, the follow-up, the checking of the weather forecast gave us immediate confidence. Our hike went ahead in perfect weather conditions. Phil took our pace into account throughout the hike. There was a lot of room for questioning and conversation. We felt like we had a friend along for the walk. Not only did we have our personal guide with us, but also our personal photographer. Thanks to Phil, we enjoyed a fantastic hike and on top of it we have great photos. Philip is an amazing... - Philip is an amazing guide!!!! He is super accommodating, patient and very friendly. The hike itself is definitely on harder end, however the views are ABSOLUTELY worth the hike. You get a full view of Capetown. I would highly recommend both Philip and this hike!!!!! Will definitely do it again!!!!
