Amazing Hospitality - When I was on holiday with my wife in May, we were assisted by RiyaadH. He is an incredibly passionate person who loves CPT and is willing to help share insights and guidance on the best experiences one can explore, at a budget. He asssisted us, going as far as getting our details to provide trip updates and reccomendations for the two day pass we had secured. Let's do it again! - What a wonderful trip we had!! Beautiful scenery. The bus drivers are excellent drivers and you feel that you are in good hands at all times. I can recommend this trip to all couples. Take something to eat and drink along for the sunset on signal hill.

Beautiful views - We did this tour on our first night in Cape Town and it was the perfect start to our holiday. We took a picnic and bottle of wine with us and watched the sun go down. Just perfect!

Perfect start - This tour was the perfect start to our holiday. We picked up nibbles and wine at Giovanni’s for a picnic and then met the bus for the tour. Stunning views over the city. Highly recommend.

Efficient, informative and great experience - The sunset tour delivered so much more than we expected ... we had booked it as a convenient way to get to Signal Hill, but got so much out of the informative storytelling throughout the journey and saw so much more than we anticipated. Although it was busy, the staff were very efficient in boarding passengers and keeping on time and they were very professional throughout. We would definitely do this again and highly recommend City Sightseeing bus tours.

Greatly disappointed - My family of four were booked for last Wednesday (3 January 2024). When getting on the bus we were informed to our great disappointment that we are going to Blouberg Beach instead of Signal Hill. We were not given any explanation as to why there was this change in the route and the alternate route is not comparable in the least to what was advertised. This is overpromising and false advertising to the extreme as there is nothing scenic about driving on the highway and Milnerton Main Rd to be dropped off on a windy, stinky Beach for THREE hours whereas the website promises a 'golden hour' along the Atlantic Seaboard through Sea Point and Camps Bay to Signal Hill. After about an hour on the beach we packed up our picnic and took an Uber back to the Waterfront at great added expense.

Don’t bother - If I could give 0 stars I would. Total waste of money to the point that refunds should have been offered. The bus was late leaving so we got to Signal Hill with 30 seconds to spare. People were standing on the top deck trying to take photos of the sun before it disappeared. This tour suggests taking a picnic to watch the sun set. Not a chance of that. A lot of unhappy people. Tbh we stayed at Mouille Point and the sun set across the bay was beautiful.
