Close Encounter with Whale Sharks - Amazing tour and was able to swim with so many whale sharks. Be ready to swim hard and fast as these giants although look to be moving slow are actually moving very fast.

unique experience - Tour guide Abraham gave us an unforgettable adventure. We saw whale sharks and dolphins three times. During the day you are provided with food (including freshly prepared delicious ceviche) and drinks. The boat crew is experienced and very friendly. This tour is worth it!!! Thank you Abraham :)

Life time experience - It was great from the pick up from the hotel , light breakfast and whole tour was brilliant Raul done great job to explain everything with captain and another crew member make sure all people from the group have a chance to see the while shark!!

Best start to vacation ever - Could not recommend this trip enough. I was worried that we wouldn’t see any sharks due to it being close to the end of the season but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Our tour guide Raoul was amazing and so knowledgable and we found a juvenile shark and we’re able to swim twice with it - words can’t describe how amazing this experience was… and then to top everything off, there was a pod of dolphins feeding near by which was so beautiful to see. We then travelled to Isla Mujeres to swim at Playa Norte and have lunch which was fresh ceviche de pescado and guacamole, 10/10.

Highly recommend Emmanuel for the Whale Shark tour. - Emmanuel and the entire boat crew were awesome. Emmanuel had so much energy and he ensured we were where we needed to be and that our requests were met. We saw plenty of Whale Sharks and we had so much fun, in part due to how much the crew cared for us.

Order Ukrainian Oleksandra - A unique and unforgettable experience, El Capitan and sailor were very attentive, but the person who made this tour wonderful is the Ukrainian guide Oleksandra, very attentive since she received us at the hotel, explaining in detail each step to follow to enjoy This activity, we had a very extensive explanation from her, both about the whale shark and the marine life, my family had no experience with snorkeling equipment, for my son it was his first time in the open sea, he was very nervous and Oleksandra was very attentive to him, so much so that the activity in the water and the duration of the trip were very easy for him, thank you very much ECO TOURS for an excellent day, see you next year. I recommend that if you have the opportunity to live the whale shark experience, do it with ECO TOURS.!!
PS: remember to carry cash with you, because the photos and videos are worth it, tipping the crew is important, they do an excellent job…

Long travel - great staff - bring sunscreen! - There was a lot more travle involved than I realized. It took an hour to get to the dock where we changed and ate a small breakfast. We boarded the boat and it took another hour before we found the whale sharks. The guides were wonderful and had us get into the water in pairs. We also saw sea turtles and manya raus! I wish they explained more about the sharks though. I only knew whay I researched and had a desire to learn more! It was another hour back to isla mujeres. The water was beautiful and the food the ceviche served was delicious. We rode back and had another hour ride to the hotel with drop offs.

Bad Attention. - We were delayed 2 hours because the tour company was confused about the pick-up address of a participant and because the driver and guide took the wrong path. Generally you can see the whale shark 3 to 4 times, we saw it only once, due to the company's mistake and they never offered any type of discount or refund. They only offered to send the photos of the tour and they mistakenly sent me some from another tour.
