Cooking, wining, and creating memories in Sicily - It was a dream having taken a cooking class with Graziela. She made it really easy to understand the basic pasta making concepts with plenty of live demonstrations, and then letting us do all the tasks hands-on from tiramisu, pasta kneading & rolling, to stuffing the rice balls with ragu, prosciutto, and mozzarella. The wine and conversation flowed nicely with her command of Italian and basic English and my knowledge of English, Spanish, and French that there was no loss in translation. The learning was fun, the company great, and the memories unforgettable. Mille grazie bella donna!

Don't miss this true Sicilian experience!! - If you find yourself within an hour drive to Campofelce, don't miss this experience! Weather you like to cook or not, this class will make a good cook better and a non cook appreciate the techniques and thoughtfulness that goes into good food. We were staying in Campofelce with family, and my companion, that likes to cook(me-not so much) was interested in doing a cooking class. I decided to go with and was glad I did! We had a great time! I left with a renewed appreciation of the profession, the self-confidence to try it at home and best of all, new friends! Graziella was a pleasure to cook with and I appreciated her English- since I don't speak Italian or Sicilian..(I learned this one!) buon appetito.

Fabulous Sicilian cooking experience - Our experience was superb. Graziella welcomed us into her home warmly. We cooked pasta - tagliatelle, ravioli and capelli di Angelo and then tiramisu. It was a delicious Italian meal. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Lifetime experience - Graziella was extremely nice and very welcoming to our family. She made us feel like part of her family and she did a great job showing us how to work with the different ingredients to build each course. Personable and family oriented - This was a wonderful, family style cooking class. It felt like I was being taught by an aunt or a grandmother. Graziella truly made us feel at home in her home with an amazing view of the ocean in the background.

Homely cooking experience - This was a very relaxing intimate cooking experience, very homely, authentic and a lovely woman. Very clean home, professional but warm. Cooked 4 dishes, and all would be able to be made at home- practical tips for pasta making. Would 100% recommend.

Homemade ravioli, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu from scratch! - This cooking class is an experience not to be missed while in Sicily! Graziella is a talented and charming chef whose warmth and passion for what she does is all encompassing. Her studio is delightful with open doors to a beautiful view of the coastline. The food was delicious, generous and incredibly fun to make with this very dear woman!
