Nature and art converge to delightful effect at Sonoma’s Cornerstone Gardens. Meander through a collection of conceptual spaces, art installations, and gardens commissioned by the world’s cutting-edge landscape architects and designers. Given 1800 square feet of outdoor space as a blank canvas, each designer showcases a concept for shaping, enhancing, and interacting with the natural world. Work up your appetite walking the grounds, then head to the gourmet cafe for fresh and seasonal local cuisine. Browse the eclectic shops and galleries for unique and artistic finds for the home, garden, or gifts. Last but not least, sip some of the valley’s wines in one or all of the three on-site wine-tasting venues. Art, culture, shopping, food and wine—you’ll get them all here in the great outdoors.
My kids loved exploring the gardens, sculptures, and shops. Some of the gardens are very innovative, which makes it interesting. Each garden is very different from the last, so it doesn't get boring. The restaurant is expensive, but serves delicious, large portions.
