Singing Sang’s Praises High - Born and bred in Busan, Sang’s obvious pride in his native city is clear from the get-go. Promptly collecting us from our lodgings at 9am, we spent a full day visiting markets, temples and villages. We traversed two-storey bridges, walked the shoreline and climbed an incredible number of steps. So many steps. But the amazing views made it all worthwhile. Always cheerful and brimming with accounts of how Busan, the sixth largest port in the world, has been shaped and changed by world events, Sang was a guide, an historian and translator. With impeccable English, he guided us through street stalls and cafes and shops, including a sensational lunch at the local fish market: seafood bibimbap and soju-bombs included! In his slick white people-mover with AC blasting, K-Pop playing, it was a remarkable day and we were sad to see it end. I cannot recommend Sang highly enough and will seek out his skills once again when returning to Busan. This is a massive city - you need ten days or so to do it justice. We only had four.

The Perfect Tour - From start to finish, this was the perfect tour. We received email confirmations and reminders ahead of time. We received texts starting 24 hours before pick up. William our tour guide was wonderful. We started at 9:00 am in our hotel lobby and ended at 5:00 pm again in our hotel lobby. William was attentive, extremely knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, answered all of our questions, and took us to places we asked for. For example to convenience stores for drinks, a great restaurant with the food we wanted to eat, and the bathroom frequently. His van was luxurious and immaculate. We hit every stop on the itinerary and feel we saw every highlight of the beautiful city of Busan. It was marvelous.

Great Tour Covering Most Busan Sightseeing Highlights - This was a really good tour covering all the sightseeing highlights we were interested in seeing in Busan. It was a full day, with a small group, that was very enjoyable. William our tour guide was most knowledgeable, kind, flexible and excited about his job. The transportation in a large luxury van was very comfortable. Highly recommend this tour!

Personalized tour of Busan! - Peter was our tour guide for the day. He was patient and kind and tried his best to explain the relevant landmarks despite the language barrier. The tour went smoothly and as per scheduled. Peter was knowledgeable and even shared his own experiences making the tour more personalized. We had our lunch at Jagalchi Fish Market. Here he explained to us the menu, made some recommendations and warned us that it is pricey to eat seafood than meat. Which was true. As first timers in Busan, it would have been worth mentioning some of the iconic food that Busan is known for when we were passing street food vendors instead of just mere walking. It would have been more fun if we even stop and tried some like the fish cake. Overall it was a good introduction to what Busan has to offer in a comfortable pace.
