Traveling with a friend - Mina was the best! She was knowledgeable and so friendly. I was traveling with my parents who are in the 80’s. Mina always walked holding my mother’s hand making sure that she was able to see all the sights despite her (my mother’s) inability to walk well. Mina brought us snacks and waters to make us feel at home. She brought us to many sights but did not rush us even though we had to be back on our ship by 230. Mina’s English is perfect. While she is from South Korea she lived in London and the United States so she is easy to understand. Mina is a wonderful host! You will not be disappointed.

Full day tour of Busan - Here Korea.. and their fabulous guide Mimi and get driver, gave us an action packed day with all the highlights of Busan. She personalized the day for certain things that some in our group of 8 wanted... like seeing the cherry blossoms and eating at a Korean barbecue. There has been a little mix up with one of the things we were supposed to do and Mimi immediately offered an alternative which would have cost us more if we had asked but because of the mix up, Mimi immediately bought the tickets and took care of everything.
Mimi is charming and interesting and quite knowledgeable. She answered our numerous questions about everything from religion to food to the Korean language and alphabet. I highly recommend her as a guide.

Full-day customizable private tour - This was an amazing tour. We saw so many things that the day flew by. In just one day I feel we saw a good bit of Busan. Mimi was an amazing guide. She listened to our requests and she explained each location.

Sunny Wonderful Private Tour in Busan, South Korea - Our private tour in Busan, Korea, was superb. We were greeted at the port by Mr. Dylan Lee in a van that was new and easily held our party of six. We placed two conditions on Dylan. We wanted a BBQ Korean lunch and be back to the Celebrity Millennium by 3 p.m. He told us that was possible, but unless we were quick, he wouldn’t be able to get in all that he had planned for us. We then proceeded to cover 3 of the ship’s excursions without feeling rushed. Mr. Lee was knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative, energetic, and just plain fun. His English was excellent. We visited the Beomeosa Temple, the Busan Tower, the Jagaichi Fish Market, the Gamcheon Cultural Village, the Skywalk and fit in a delicious Korean BBQ luncheon at a wonderful local restaurant. We returned to the ship a few minutes after 3. Thank you so very much for a great time for the six of us. We learned much about your country and all the sites were so very interesting and beautiful.

Fishmarket and BBQ Surprise - Arrived on the Celebrity Millennium. Tried to avoid the canned group trips offered by the Cruise Lines. Found an offering through Trip Advisor. Our guide, Mr. Dylan Kim was outstanding. His command of the English language was excellent. His insights to the history and lifestyle of his people was very helpful in understanding the people and their country. Took us to sites, as requested, not on the usual tourist traps. We requested a traditional Korean BBQ for lunch. Wow----outstanding!!! It was a wonderful meal cooked and served at our table. The fish market and other cultural landmarks were great thanks to our guide.

Busan Cruise layover tour - Hayden was so great. He really made our time in Busan special. He has an amazing knack of giving you the history of the area, making it interesting, very fun!!!. We had him pick us up at the Busan Cruise Terminal and give us a day tour of the areas. He went places would have never seen on a big tourist bus. Thank you Hayden

Well planned and enjoyable tour. - We booked this tour as an option to the ship’s offering. I needed a non-strenuous manageable trip.
Our lovely smiling guide Lada arrived exactly at 8am as planned,despite the change in the ship’s planned schedule. We had a wonderful trip, took in all the highlights of Buscan, a day delicious authentic Buscan meal i(Bibinbap). It was raining all day but we had an enjoyable time. We felt well looked after by Lada. All our needs for the tour were met.....and lots of pictures from Lada afterwards. The trip of itself was cheaper than the ship’s offering and catered for our individual needs.
I would recommend this operator very highly.

Specialized to our wants and needs - Our guide, Miami, was punctual in both picking us up and getting us back to the ship. My cousin and i both have mobility issues, I use a foldable walker, which Mimi brought in and out of the trunk for me. Her driving was excellent, and being a Busan native she knew all the short cuts around the city to avoid traffic, which allowed us to see nearly every area of the city in our allotted time. She arranged the order of our tour choices so that we got to them either before or after all of the big tour busses. Mimi was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She made our day a delight.

Decent tour - Our local guide Jay picked up the four of us right on time at the Busan cruise terminal in a large and comfortable MPV.
We drove across the long bay bridge twice allowing us a great view of our ship and the scenery.
First destination was Haedong Yonggungsa temple giving us a good impression of the complex which was very busy due to the new years holiday and it being a Sunday. Visit to the Gamcheon culture Village gave a good view of the location and the local folklore. Had great coffee on a splendid location with view on the village. Lunch consisted of a typical Korean BBQ which was a special experience since the method of on table roasting was new to us. Tour concluded by a visit to the city center of Busan offering an opportunity for local shopping at the BIFF district.
In all we think Jay is an expert local guide showing the right things. Her tempo is not to everybody’s liking since tourists tend to stop at shops and need foto ops. Maybe an occasional look in the rearview mirror would help.
Had a great day and saw a lot of Busan and got an impression of Korea in general. Thank you Jay!
