Tiring but beautiful tour - Pick up and drop off from the hotel was smooth. our guide Doğan was friendly and lovely and of course the food was delicious. I highly recommend you to join the money you pay, you are visiting a city for this money, it is very cheap and beautiful.

A Historical Day in BURSA - The Bursa tour was absolutely fantastic! Our guide provided us with historical and cultural information throughout the journey, and the short stop at the lokum and sweets shop was delicious. The 600-year-old tree was truly amazing, and the view from the top of Uludag mountain was breathtaking. The visit to the Green Mosque was a great way to end the tour. I would definitely love to do this again!

Good tour but - Bursa and Mount Uludag are amazing places that are difficult to visit on your own, so I'm glad I went on this tour. However, I was taken to three souvenir shops, and although the tour description said we would return to Istanbul before dinner, we didn't get back until around 10:30pm, without even having dinner. On top of that, the guide left midway through Istanbul. So when we got close to my hotel, I told the driver I was getting off, got off the bus, and found myself and returned to the hotel. It's important to be aware of this point.

the driver forgot to pick me up - After several calls to the operator, i got a response 1hour after the pick up time. The operator than informed me that the driver forgot to pick me up. I got the refund and they offered me the chance to go the next day, but it was not possible for me since i was on a tight schedule.

Do not book this tour! Tour operator is deceptive and have fake advertising - Do not book this tour! The tour guide was good and we got to see Uludag and had about an hour on the mountains. But other than that, you will spend all time mostly on the bus or at 3 or 4 different shopping places which were tourist traps that I was not keen on seeing or doing - approximately 2hrs wasted at the tourist traps shops, so much so that by the time we went to Bursa city the green tomb was already closed. I was hoping we would had some free time to walk around the Bursa city but we had none. In addition, one of the trip highlights on the itinerary and reasons for me booking this tour compared to others was that I wanted to see Cumalikizik. However we never got to go, and when I asked the guide, he said that his tour does not include Cumalikizik - he mentioned that our tour operator likely did not get enough people to travel on theirs and thus put us on his tour instead. The tour guide asked us to write to Viator to get a refund however when we did so, Viator said no refund will be provided because according to the operator, the delays were due to weather and traffic. This was a crappy excuse in my opinion as the 2 hrs wasted on tourists traps stores would had allowed us to comfortable cover Cumalikizik and Green Tomb, and from the start the operator is out to deceive tourists with false advertising. If I could redo this again, I would visit Bursa free and easy and not on a tour.
