Great experience - We arrived around 12.30 pm at the bistro and were asked if we preferred to eat before or after visiting the spa, we decided after although the time was flexible come back to eat. We were then provided with wristbands which scanned you into the spa and which you could use to lock any of the lockers in the changing room. You can use any of the pools in the wellness part, there are plenty of indoor ones but we went straight to the NMG-5QXL-82PO-7N7S where there are sunbeds, a bar and pool. We stayed until approximately 4 pm got changed back to our clothes and headed to the restaurant. The food was lovely, 3 courses, choice of each given. You get a glass of lemonade and a glass of wine. Overall a great experience. Take your own towel and flip flops or the like and if you prefer to eat whilst still enjoying the spa, a light dressing gown or beach cover type thing to wear in the restaurant. If you arrive without a towel and whatnot you might get caught out and have to pay to buy or hire. I look at it as going to the swimming baths here, you would turn up with what you need, dont expect things to be provided. The drinks prices at the pool bar were very reasonable and card only accepted

The restaurant was... - The restaurant was reserved for a private party and initially the manager was abrupt. He did accommodate us, the food was great-- looked a bit bland, but was NOT! We did have the tour in reverse order due to the restaurant issue, but myself and daughter tried ALL the areas available in the bathouse which was a fantastic experience. Taxi service challenging on weekend. Fav spot for locals.

Mushroom soup- very creamy and intense - Great view, great food, great music. This bistro is not one of this underestimated public-swimmingpool-bistros with burgers and fries. It's a hidden gem. Even though you can entry through the rudas bath facilities with your swimming clothes it is a stylish venue and has nothing to hide. When you enter through the main entrance you will get surprised once you enter the bistro room as the stairway is not very inviting. Than you will get rewarded with a designer dining room overlooking the Danube River. In summer there is an inviting terace. We choose the 3-course-dinner where you can choose from different options - also vegetarian. Mushroom soup- very creamy and intense Burger and fries- well done and spiced Goat cheese beetroot salad - interesting combination and creative making. The waiter recommended the dessert "swimming island". It's worth a try. Whilst enjoying the magnificent view and smooth lounge music.

Hot & Cold - The wellness baths are a unique, relaxing and fun experience, blending the old and new of thermal bathing. A slightly disorganised check in & ticket collection. Pay the little extra for access to the different zones. Allow more than 3hours if planning activities either side. Remember you flip flops, towel and swim hat/cap only needed if you want to lane swim in standard swimming pool (or pay 2000HUF on day) Brave the Ice challenges and enjoy!

Spa too crowded and towel stolen - The bistro part was nice. The food was great and the waiter very professional. The spa we didn't enjoy. It was too crowded, for example to get into the rooftop pool you would literally trip over other people's slippers and then no place to sit in there. The opposite of what is shown in the photo. The changing rooms were also crowded at the end and someone stole my towel. Not a relaxing experience. Only give 3 stars because of the food
