Choose this dinner cruise on the Danube - Very well done. The ship looked to be in very good shape compared to some others we saw. The food was surprisingly good. The two vocalists performed throughout and even the Hungarian songs seemed recognizable after the champagne and wine. A great experience.

Don’t think twice about taking this dinner cruise — it’s wonderful! - This was a superlative experience. The evening was well managed; the waitstaff was pleasant and professional; the food was outstanding — delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented — and the excellent low-key live music suited the event. The ride took us past Budapest’s most beautiful buildings that were all lit up. We had a rainy evening but that just made the views more special. The boat was clean, steady, comfortable, and the sights could be seen easily from all seats. I have nothing but good things to say about this delightful dinner cruise.

Bigdog and Barbie - We had a great time. The food was first class and the service was excellent. The live music was also a treat. The boat was just the right size for this type of tour and the highlights of Budapest really shone through in the late evening light. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Highly recommended - Great views of the city from the Danube, showing the attractions lit up in the evening. Great 4-course meal and very good service throughout the evening. They were also able to accommodate my daughter’s dietary requirements. Would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic - My wife was so happy as we were there to celebrate her birthday. The staffs were fantastic, music was brilliant. The musicians sang birthday song as the deserts were been served to my wife. Loved every bit of it. Will definitely recommend it.

Go For the Delightful Experience (More than the Food) - The cruise is well organised. You board before your cruise time and are at your table with your complimentary drink in minutes. The service was very pleasant and efficient - the whole thing ran very smoothly. The ambience on the boat is lovely, especially when dusk falls and the buildings are lit up along the riverside. The atmosphere is enhanced by the duo providing music too and you are welcome to have a dance at the end of the meal should you wish. You have plenty of room around your table. DRINKS: Drink orders are taken at your table - no queuing at the bar. They are also not expensive with a very drinkable bottle of Hungarian wine costing about 16 euro. FOOD: manage your expectations - this isn't fine dining. Our meal was just ok. We had two or three choices for most courses. We can't remember the details of the first course but it was good. The soup course was not good with the choice of pork bone marrow consommé or some concoction of cherries and cream. We chose the consommé as the other one sounded like a dessert but it wasn't to our taste at all and was left in the bowl. For mains, I chose the tuna steak which was very overcooked. My wife chose the mushroom risotto which was very bland. We both left at least half our meal. Dessert was excellent. Therefore a four course meal was really a 2 course meal but with the bread served on the side we had enough to eat. CRUISE: The boat goes up and down the section of the river with most to see twice. COMMUNICATION: We felt the communication before arrival could have been better. We weren't sure of the exact location (it's dock 7) and although you have a cruise time, it wasn't clear what time you in advance to arrive (10 to 15 minutes at least).
