Great trip, amazing places - If you wanna see great places out of Budapest then I totally recommend you this trip! The view of Duna river was excellent and the Szentendre city very lovely. We enjoyed our time there a lot and tour guide made it also very interesting by telling us a lot of informations and stories.

About tour - Too crowded, inadequate earphones as 2 cons of this tour. But the view is definitely worth seeing :)

Nice cruise for decent price - The boat was big and not too crowded which was pleasant and the price was decent. Theey had audio guide on almost every seat, but not all the headphones worked. The cruise was nice, but slow and boring around the Margaret's island, there's not much to see there.

Overbooked and crowded but view was nice - Totally crowded with no possibility to get the audio guide. Some people didn't even get on the boat because of the long queue even though we were there 30 minutes earlier. To be fair, it was new years day but still overbooked. Apart from that the tour was nice and the view was great.

beware your Money on board - Good Cruise. But beware your Money on the bar on board: i bought a Little bottle of water giving 5€ and girl gave me back 150 HUF (about 0,50€). This happened 6 May 2024 on the Cruise of 21.30

To avoid - I do not recommend this excursion: thrown from one pier to another for 20 minutes (called to 8A then to 6 to board at 5..). If the comments are interesting, you still have to manage to use poor quality headsets which are only provided on express request. So avoid

They let you wait in a... - They let you wait in a boat with nice tables, and ask you to go to a not so nice boat for the cruise. The tour guide audio is not very clear. Also not enough earphones for all passengers.

Don’t go on this cruise! - The tour was suppose to be one hour, it was 35 minutes if you were lucky. The line to get on was very long but most people lined up but many people were jumping the queue even in the eyes of the organisers, nothing was done about it and of course they got brilliant seats. The boarding and getting off the boat was total chaos. When we got to our seats the audio didn’t work , we could see the everyone was in the same boat. Children were running up and down the two floors , No organisers to stop this. Basically I would like half my money back , as we only got half a cruise. The organisation of the crowds was non existent. Basically I have travelled the world with my husband for the last 20:years and this was the worse cruise we have ever been on. I was so looking forward to beautiful cruise.. Don’t go ,try another company,

False Advertising - This was classed as a Hop on Hop off boat trip with 24h access. It was not hop on hop off, we got dropped at Margaret's Island for two hours and then driven back to the dock. VERY VERY misleading description. We could have had a ticket for the Hop on hop off bus which includes a free boat tour. DON'T BOOK THIS BOOK THE BUS.

Scam or catastrophic organization - The booking went smooth and I got the ticket fast, but then I noticed there was no dock number indicated. The hotel staff tried to call the number indicated without success. I went personally to check out all docks and there was NO cruise leaving at 19h00 anywhere.
