Fun guide, nice car, beautiful countryside! - Really enjoyed our time with Remco! He was super easy to communicate with before the tour, and easy to find when he picked us up at the airport. His car was very nice. He drove us all around the countryside and showed us some dikes, dairy farms, windmills, canals, lots of pastures, etc. It was so peaceful in the countryside. We saw lots of animals, including sheep, cows, horses, goats, chickens, even a few turkeys. We stopped at a dairy farm to taste the milk. Then we stopped at our request at the cheese and wood shoemaking factory. This was a really fun visit! It was a little touristy, but more authentic than the other places I had been our previous visits to Amsterdam. There were not hordes of people! We learned all about the cheese-making process and how they make wooden shoes. They had a very nice gift shop where we purchased our souvenirs and tasted lots and lots of cheeses. We tried to stop at a dairy farm and pet the sheep, but they were afraid of us and ran away. Remco told us lots of stories about growing up in the area and how much it has changed. He was very personable and fun to be around. We really enjoyed our day with him and highly recommend this tour!

excellent experience. No crowds - No Crowds, saw much more than we would have if we were on a tour bus. We were late getting off cruise but driver made arrangements so we didn’t lose time on tour. He asked what we wanted to see and we saw all of it. From fields of tulips with no crowds to working windmills in fields.

Book this tour, you won't be disappointed! - So the 4 of us arrived at the airport in the morning. David and myself (in our 30's) and David's parents (in their 60's). We were met by Remco our guide for the tour with open arms. He helped pop our luggage in the car and we all set off. The 4 of us and Remco fit comfortably in his car where bottles of water and treats were provided! After introductions he asked what we would like to do. I had already mentioned that it was David's parents first time visiting Holland so I thought a traditional introduction would be good when talking with him before booking. So windmills, clog making, cheese tasting, fresh unpasteurized milk tasting, the beautiful Holland countryside and tulip fields were on the agenda. All of this was catered for and much much more. David and Remco got to chatting, as soon as football was mentioned that was it. We ended up visiting numerous football related landmarks, which David loved! Another great added extra we were not expecting. There were lots of these! The tour was listed as being 4 hours, we ended up arriving back at our hotel nearly 7 hours later! We cannot thank and reccomend Remco enough. This was a fantastic tour and a wonderful introduction to Holland and Amsterdam. Book this tour, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Remco, from Fleur, David and the 2 lovely ladies x x x

Off the beaten path for sure. - Our driver and guide Remco was promptly waiting at 9:30 am. He took us on a fact filled , picturesque tour of the Dutch country side. We did a brief stop at a cheese and clog shoppe as well which was good for a bathroom break and to buy water. Remco was very enthusiastic and filled with assorted fun facts.
