Perfect & private island tour - Alicia was amazing. She met us where we got off the cruise ship. We got a very personalized tour of the island. It's was such a great experience to not hit all the tourist places. The beaches were pristine, we had a great hike lots of history about the island, beautiful snorting with a light snack in the beach. Alicia is very sweet and we treasure the video she made for us, what a great experience we had!! No other trips like this available. Thank you again for a very memorable experience

Fun filled tour around the island! Highly recommend Alicia's day trip. - We thoroughly enjoyed our day Alicia. She was super knowledgeable, hospitable and great company while touring the island of Tortola. The itinerary included great snorkeling spots only accessed by off trail road experience. We finished the day with leisurely snacks at a beautiful beach. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fun filled tour around the island!

See Tortola the Way It Should be Seen! - We wanted to get away from the overly-crowded cruise excursions and really see Tortola, so we booked, through Viator, the Private Jeep Tour and Snorkel with Alicia Serena. Alicia picked us up at the cruise port; with her friendly manner and charming personality, we knew it was going to be a good day! Our first stop was Sage Mountain National Park where we hiked to the highest point while Alicia pointed out flora and fauna as well as great conversation about the island of Tortola. Amazingly, we didn't see another soul on the trail which was mostly easy to navigate, but definitely a climb up. After the hike we made some great stops for pictures and arrived a gorgeous beach where we prepared to snorkel. Alicia had snacks (oh, those dried mangos, yum!), water, juice, towels and good quality snorkeling gear. Once in the water Alicia proved herself to not only being an inexhaustible hiker and proficient driver, but we think she is also part mermaid. As we snorkeled above, she kept her go-pro filming as she free-dived below. It was great fun! With another stop at a secluded beach for a light snack and a few more photo ops, the day ended way too quickly. The hours just flew by. We started the day with a tour guide and ended the day with a new friend. We will enjoy the video Alicia sent to us for years to come. If you truly want to see Tortola the way it should be seen, book this trip! Thank you so much, Alicia!

Wonderful tour for friend trip - Our group of 6 had a wonderful day with Alicia and James. We loved learning so much about the island and discovering places off the beaten path. We felt like we had the island to ourselves and had the best guides. The snorkeling was great, and we enjoyed being able to both take it easy and see so many different areas of Tortola.

Private tour of Tortola with Alecia - We had a wonderful day with Alecia on our private tour of Tortola today! Alecia tailored the experience to our interests and truly gave us an immersive exposure to the best of the island. She was incredibly attentive with our teenager knowing where every lobster and school of fish were hiding on the reef. She did a Go Pro video of the entire experience to share with us as well. We will be booking her again next time we stop in this port. Thanks!

Great Experience in Tortola - Alicia was so high energy and had tailored our experience to our desires! We were able to snorkel, hit a nice local lunch spot, take a hike, and jam in the car. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to maximize their time in Tortola especially for cruise ship guests where you have limited time on the island.

Beautiful views - This tour offered everything advertised. Alesia was excellent and worked hard to attend to our every need she explained all that we saw, provided equipment for snorkeling as well as drinks and snacks. Just a note. If you are prone to motion sickness be sure to take medication or other preventatives. The roads are steep and curvy.

Great private couples tour! - Alicia took us all over the island for an unforgettable tour. We got to see regular everyday parts of the island in addition to the tourist spots. Alicia took us snorkeling and later to a quiet, relaxing, beautiful beach for more swimming. We would definitely book this tour again when visiting Tortola!

WORSE TOUR EVER - I am sorry to write this review but, in 'good faith', I can't let other travelers have expectations that are not met. Our family of (6) adults booked this JEEP tour. The vendor confirmed the JEEP tour could accommodate (6) adults and yet, we were in a van. No open air; no warning; no fun. In addition, the agenda, as promoted in the listing, was NOT fulfilled. It lists (6) stops with admission included. We were in the van longer than we were out enjoying the island. No admission was paid at our (3) stops. Lunch stop at a 'local' establishment was promised throughout the day and yet, we did not stop for lunch. WORST TOUR I HAVE EVER BOOKED. (FYI - I have awarded 5 star ratings on the 35+ previous tours I have booked with other vendors. I did attempt to negotiate a small, partial refund with this vendor, which was denied)
