Brilliant food and cocktail tour of The Gap - We had a brilliant evening with Paulette who guided us around the best places to eat and get cocktails in St. Lawrence Gap. We learnt so much about Bajan cuisine and history. It was such an enjoyable experience. Every stop had a brilliant food choice. I won’t ruin the tour by saying where we went, but we’ve gone back to 3 of the stops (and would have done more if we were staying longer!) I would highly recommend this tour. But do it at the start of your trip so you can go back and enjoy the stops again!!!

Phenomenal! - My husband and I were in Barbados celebrating our anniversary, and we were fortunate to be the only two people during out tour with Paulette. All the food choices were unique but equally amazing! The cocktail selections were perfection! The food was so filling, I had to take my dessert and the food truck burger back to the hotel (made a terrific late snack)! Paulette was so sweet, very attentive and engaging. My favorite part of my Barbados trip, definitely recommend!

Fantastic Experience - What a great way to see what the St. Lawrence Gap! We had walked up and down the along the gap many times and were overwhelmed by the number of restaurants and bars along the route. By doing this tour we were able to sample a number of different dishes and cocktails from several different establishments. Our guide Paulette was fantastic and shared lots of local knowledge about the different foods and what life is like for the locals in Barbados. The Famous Gap Burger is truly the highlight of this tour!

Wonderful food tour - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Paulette. Very informative and friendly. A great ambassador for the island with a keen perspective. They were able to tailor the tour to accommodate my dietary restrictions. A dream come true for someone with celiac.

St Lawrence Gap Dinner and Cocktail Tour with Paulette - We booked the St. Lawrence Gap Dinner and Cocktail Tour with Paulette on 22nd December. Really enjoyed Paulette as a guide. Appreciated her enthusiasm and knowledge of Barbados. She was a genuine and happy person who clearly enjoyed giving the tour. The tour was well-paced, lots of different restaurant stops that included various samples of food and cocktails. The food was wonderful and varied, and included high-end restaurants and street vendor food. The street food vendor hamburgers (made with pineapple and cole slaw) were so delicious that we went back JUST for those hamburgers. SUGGESTION: One of the stops was craft brew tasting at McBride’s, and only one person out of of 5 of us participating in the tour liked beer. I actually considered NOT taking the tour because of the craft brew tasting (since the 3 in my family don’t drink beer), but wanted to try the other foods anyway. Would have been nice to have an alternative to beer other than just water? Thanks Paulette for a great tour!

A Good Barbados Activity - - We were delighted to be introduced to a variety of venues in St. Lawrence Gap from the very chic to street meat - and to sample their tasty and interesting local delicacies and beverages, all the time with the opportunity to discuss local Barbados issues and learn more about Bajan culture. There were certainly places we shall return to at another time. The recommendation to pace ourselves wrt alcohol consumption was spot on!

An evening of delicious food and drink - A most enjoyable evening sampling local food and cocktails at some of the nicer restaurants in St Lawrence Gap. Topped off with a sample of Street Food at the best roadside burger van in town. Paulette our host was very sociable and informative about all things Bajan! My only criticism would be the wait time at the beginning and the disclaimer form filling in. Also the rather unnecessary beer tasting which did not include the 2 most popular local beers- we got John Smiths and Mackesons instead!
