- Bribri - The rendezvous location is either the Biological Station or a prearranged spot. At the station, we provide an optional guided trek to the secluded Volio waterfall nestled in the rainforest. Following this memorable adventure, we proceed to visit a local indigenous family with a long history in organic cocoa farming and chocolate making.\n\nDuring a walkthrough of their estate and cocoa fields, we’ll discover various medicinal herbs and their uses. You’ll also gain insights into the cocoa growing process. Post-tour, we’ll witness a live demonstration of traditional chocolate crafting, where we’ll explore the entire journey of cocoa beans from fermentation to roasting, and finally to becoming chocolate.\n\nSampling of the products is encouraged at any point.
