Excellent trip - This trip was amazing. My guide Mete was incredible and he did an excellent job managing the group, our time and making sure we got to see everything. The lunch was decent and stops were times well. We got back around 7-8 pm to Bodrum.

Good day tour to visit Pamukkale ! - This tour was our main itinerary during our visit to Turkey. The pick up time was communicated in advance, got picked up promptly at 5.30 am as informed. The bus was comfortable as it's nearly 4 hour drive from Bodrum with a stop for breakfast. The day we went was very busy so we had 2 hours to finish the sightseeing, we started it from Cleopatra pool, which was busy too with plenty of people going in and out. After this, we went to walk on the white terrace steps which was crowded too. I didn't realise there would be so much crowd but it was a national holiday for Eid so not surprised. After the pamukkale visit, we went for lunch which was a good Turkish lunch freshly made, hot with good options. Later we chose to go for Wine tasting which was an ok experience. We started around 4.30pm and reached Bodrum after 8.30pm. Would recommend this trip for family but it will be good to have more time at the pamukkale site instead of the stops for stone, wine shops etc. Special mention for our English speaking guide Fatma who was so cheerful and shared plenty of information during the whole trip that was very useful to understand the history of Turkey and different cities/towns etc.

Frustrated - What turned out to be a 14 hour day turned out to be a measly 2hour 30 minutes at the site to see the antiquity and lime stone pools and cleopatras pool. A disgrace! I do not want to be taken to an onyx factory nor a very ordinary wine tasting. The hour and a half wasted here would have been well spent at the site itself. You have had many a feedback with the same complaints as I have read the blogs. To no avail. Nothing changes. Something needs to change though. My fellow passengers all felt the same way!!!

Meh… - Although our reservation process with Helin was seamless and great, there are many things to improve on the day of the actual tour. First, our transfer to the bus was late, and went to the wrong hotel even though at the confirmation slip we received shows the correct hotel. Second, the bus that took us from Bodrum to Pamukkale had extremely uncomfortable seats and not much leg room although we were like 5’4”. Thirdly, although our English tour guide was very friendly, and punctual and tried his best to assist us most of the time, it felt like we were rushed most of the time. He didn't explain things very well or translate things properly towards the end of the tour as he was tired. On the website, the free time at Hierapolis is advertised as 3 hrs whereas our guide said it will be 2.5 hrs but gave us less than that. We went to a wine tasting that wasn’t advertised on the website after the lunch which was very rushed. Instead of going to a wine tasting that wasn’t planned properly, we could have spent more time at the anthic theater and the travertines. The ride back to Bodrum was as uncomfortable as before but the transfer to the hotels were with Vitos so that was comfortable.

If you book a trip through this agency, expect that you will not go on the same trip, the trip will be canceled - I recommend that you do not choose this agency for excursions. I arranged the trip two weeks before the date of the event, arrived in Turkey (from Greece) just for that trip, paid for accommodation and the ferry, and the trip was canceled a few hours before departure without any explanation... not even the seller of the excursion (Viator) was not aware of the reason for the organizer's cancellation and until today they did not even call. Give your money to someone who does better business. They have not returned the money paid yet
