Disappointing experience/ rude unprofessional agency - You will be disappointed if you book a tour via them (Koh Samui Tour). I was told my pick up will be at 9am. I was waiting in the lobby from 8:45 to 10:15 am. No one showed up. I called the 2 numbers provided throughout this one hour. They didn’t pick up. One (092-547-1403 )picked up and when I said I’m still waiting, he cut the line. Then in the afternoon he called and apologized and promised to make it up by sending a taxi for my flight next day and unsurprisingly that was super late too. Oscar and the team are very unprofessional and ignorant’ spend your money elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed.
