A wonderful experience! - Kulaniapia Falls was a beautiful experience for me and my wife, truly a natural wonder. We will certainly return to the Falls on our next visit to the Big Island.

The hike through the lush... - The hike through the lush bamboo walkway was gorgeous. The view of the different waterfalls was beautiful! Several of our group (brave souls) swam in the very cold water. It was a very memorable experience. *Remember to bring bug spray*

Pleasant Find - This was a really cool experience. The falls and the pond are beautiful but the walking traisl aroudn the proporty and near the falls were enjoyable as well and it was a very reasonable rate. As a Travel agency owner I really recommend inclouding an overnight stay at one of the properties cottages.

Don't miss this gem on the Big Island, Hilo - Came with my best friend, the morning rained, but it did not take anything away from the experience. We kayaked in the pond... super fun and a great workout paddling to the current. The ground are beautiful. Awesome serene vibe. Secluded, chill, close to town.

Must visit while on the Big Island! - Amazing views & great hosts! The falls make for great pictures and you can even get in to the water. Lenny the dog was super friendly too!

Total tranquility with amazing view. - Because of the limited number of visitors you are able to enjoy in all rest of the pure nature and the waterfall. And if the weather and the current permits, you can even swim and float at the waterfall. All participated with super friendly staff. Do bring you own drinks and food because there is only a water filling station

KULANIAPIA FALLS Disappointing - The place is gorgeous but when the falls are rough you get to do nothing. No swimming, no paddle boarding, no kayaking or rafting. Only $225 repelling. Hiking is basically a joke. Four of us did the repelling and were the last to go so waiting for over an hour getting bit my mosquitos was not fun. We would not go back. Nice people though.
