The Basque Country is a wonderfully scenic and history-laden part of France.

We will traverse through the Landes and its lush pine forest, making our way to the first stop on our itinerary, Espelette, a delightful village renowned for its mild peppers. You will get the opportunity to meander through the stone-paved lanes and marvel at the quaint half-timbered dwellings and chili-draped facades, as well as visiting local food shops to sample distinct gastronomic delights.

Our subsequent stop will be Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, a historic medieval town situated along the Santiago de Compostela route. You can roam the tight streets and aged architectural structures, and, if you like, tour the commanding citadel that overlooks the town. A great spot to indulge in a leisurely lunch can be found here.

Eventually, we will reach Biarritz, a delightful coastal resort renowned for its golden beaches and stunning architecture. You’ll have ample leisure time to wander the streets, explore or just recline on the beach side, absorbing the ocean’s panoramic view.
