Excelent tour - it was a very nice and comfortable tour, we were picked up by private car from our hotel at the agreed time in the morning and our guide was waiting for us at the pier. he himself offered us interesting information about the island that we could not get from any source. we feel lucky to have seen all the beauties of the island. especially in autumn, which is the most beautiful season of the island, we were able to make our tour comfortably because there are no crowds. thank you to the princes tour team for their interest.

Tour guide was friendly and attentive - The weather was not kind to us. It rained throughout the 3 days we were in Istanbul so we decided to change our plans from going to Prince’s island to more local sites around our hotel and to the Grand Bazaar where it is dry. Our tour guide was very accommodating to adapt to our wish.

Princes island experience day tour at princes island with tour guide Ertugrul - My experience from Ertugrul was so good, Me and my daughter had the best experience at princes island. He speaks English and took us around princes island we did the nature park which has so many photo stands ( I have added photos ) we went to the ancient church, the museum and stopped for lunch. The island is so beautiful and unique. I would definitely recommend going on the tour guide with Ertugrul. Hala from Sydney xxx

Beautiful tour but language barrier took away from the experience! - The concept of this tour is wonderful; however, the logistics of the tour made it just an average experience. Unfortunately, there was a large language barrier with the private guide so communication was very difficult. The guide did accommodate us with a change in timing which worked out good for us. The ferry ride takes about an hour and not two hours. Since we thought two hours is a long time we decided to take a taxi to the Asia side which took one hour and then the ferry which took another 35 minutes. If we stuck to the original plan it would have been cheaper and less time! We told our guide we wanted to take the tour with an electric bike. I thought it was included based on the description of the tour but it looks like I was mistaken. It is difficult to ride a regular bike due to the large hills. Due to the communication difficulty we ended up on an electric bus and toured the island. There were a lot of photo opportunities which was nice and the guide was gracious to take a lot of nice pictures. Once we finished the bus tour then we went back and I got him to get us some electric bikes. The ebike rental shop did not fully charge the bikes so one of them died while doing a second tour. The tour guide did take the bike and rode that heavy bike all the way back to the city center. The rental shop did not offer a partial refund. The place lacked customer service! I recommend that people take the ferry to the island since it is only 10 lira and take a much cheaper tour of the island. It is easy to tour the island since there is one main road around the whole island and you can get on and off the electric bus to view each stop. It is difficult to ride regular bikes due to the hills. If you do get an electric bike make sure it is fully charged. It will only work for about an hour and half before it dies when it is fully charged. Therefore only rent it only for an hour or so. At then end of the day it was a nice place to visit but can be done a lot cheaper! The tour operator was very nice and tried his best to accommodate but there is only so much that can be done with such a big language barrier.
