Great experience discovering the hidden food gems of Istanbul! - Had an amazing experience trying out the street food of Istanbul! Our guide Sinan was very knowledgeable and friendly, he took us to the hidden gems of Taksim and we couldn’t help but come back to some of these places afterwards.

Glad we booked this tour! - Don’t eat ahead. Offered portions are generous! Fun way to see the city and meet a local guide with shared interest. We were happy we didn’t chose a longer tour as would not have been able to eat everything offered

Best way to experience modern Istanbul! - This food tour was a great way to experience the “New District.” We were there on a Saturday night, and the streets are filled with such energy! Our tour guide, Sinan, was just fantastic! He certainly knew the ins and outs and took us to seven wonderful places to experience the best of the best! Our favorite was the mussels filled with a tasty rice! We couldn’t get enough! Another standout was a place that Anthony Bourdain recommended. We learned so much and really enjoyed this tour. Worth every penny!

Sinon was terrific! He... - Sinon was terrific! He not only gave us information about the food we ate (Super!), but provided historical and cultural background for the places and sites we walked by. Definitely a 5 star evening!

Amazing Tour!! - Leyla was an incredible guide -- she is so knowledgeable about the country and its history; we talked about things well beyond the food we were eating. I very much enjoyed every moment and would recommend this tour to everyone!!

Turkish history through food - We throughly enjoyed our evening our with Leyla. We eat at places and tried food we never would have on our own. This is a much of a history tour as a food tour.

Amazing Food - So much food. - If you don't want to eat for 7 hours do this tour. This is over 3 hours and they visit 6 to 7 different places. They are all hole in the wall places but the food is AMAZING. How do they find these places. The food is ready before you get there so you don't waste time waiting for your food. The guide asks you if you want more portions if you like the food. Water and drinks are included. There was so much food that you can't eat enough. I highly recommend it. If we ever go back, we will do it again. Everything is in walking distance. We needed to walk more to burn off all the food.
