An easy way to the Great Wall - If you can’t read/speak Chinese then this is an easy option to the Great Wall.
The guide speaks english, and there is a free lunch after the walk, then drop off at a place of my choice that other people dropped off.
For me, it is value for money.

The van was new and clean and our... - <p>The van was new and clean and our guide was very friendly, with helpful tips for tourists in Beijing. She did accompany the group up to the wall. Although most of us wandered off at our own pace, she was available for questions and walked a portion of the wall. We felt it was a good amount of time on the wall and the provided lunch was very delicious and filling.</p>

Just a Safe Ride - The tour was nothing more than a safe way to reach the wall, and help with the tickets, and lunch. The tour guide gave an extremely brief summary of the wall in the bus, but did not accompany us to the wall or give further details. Maybe I booked the wrong tour. If you want a safe transportation to the wall and back with some lunch thrown in, then this is the tour to go for.
